Review for Daniel McCammon at Fernandez Family Law , Orange County California I began working with Daniel and his team in 2021 as I retired and had been paying alimony for over 21 years. My ex-wife and I were divorced in California in 2001 but neither of us currently live in California. After researching and talking to Daniel the process to reduce or eliminate my alimony would have to be completed in California. The divorce and issues surrounding my ex-wife and our adult son were unique which created some challenges, but Daniel and his team were able to work with her attorney and after going back and forth on several potential settlements including working with attorneys in a different state, Daniel was able to have my alimony eliminated at the end of 2022. The professionalism that Fernandez Law demonstrated through the entire process which took over a year to resolve was amazing and again Daniel stayed on top of all the issues, was able to counter any concerns my ex-wife’s attorney brought up and again at the end the alimony was eliminated. I would highly recommend Daniel and this law firm for any representation relating to resolving a divorce issue or going into a divorce to ensure that you are well represented and protected for the future.
