I would recommend Brett to anyone and everyone. After about three and a half years of a horribly messy and drawn out custody dispute I replaced my previous council with Mr. Wishart. He was able to help bring the matter to an end within a few months. Excellent representation.

My husband and I highly recommend Brett R. Wishart and his team of highly qualified professionals for any issues regarding family law. Our case was highly contentious and dealt with complex and difficult matters from a previous divorce from over 5 years ago. Brett's team was able to negotiate a settlement that was creative and used out of the box thinking that clearly benefited us and our children. We were able to get 50/50 custody of our son that was heavily contested. He also got us an end date for alimony that was previously for life, and at the same time he was able to keep us from having to pay for any of the opposing counsel's fees. Everything that we wanted in the settlement, and even more so, Brett and his team were able to accomplish for us. They were a true blessing for us and we are eternally grateful.

A friend of mine recommended Brett to me. He told me he did an amazing job grilling his ex wife during his trial. My wife and I were involved in a very volatile custody case that turned into a domestic violence case against her ex husband. So an attorney that could truly handle himself well during a trial was a high priority to us. Our boys well being depended on it as did our piece of mind. From our first meeting with Brett we could see that he was the right choice for us. From start to finish we had complete confidence in Brett. Every time we were in court we could see Brett was in complete charge of our case. He took the lead for us and for the opposing attorneys (her ex had several). When my Ex husband served me papers for custody of my kids, someone highly recommended Brett Wishart. In fact he demanded that I see Brett and told me "don't take a chance with another attorney regarding your kids." Although my case started as a custody case it later ended up as a Domestic Violence Restraining Order case. I was never physically hurt from bruises or hospitalized, his abuse was more mental and psychological. Brett was able to present my case to the judge and the judge got it. I left court getting more than I asked for. I ended up with the restraining order, got sole custody and my ex didn't even get visitation. I would have never gotten what I got if I went with another attorney. I would rate Brett an A++ and 100 stars if I could! Even my Ex commented after trial what a great attorney Brett is and that he wished he retained Brett for himself. If Brett accepts your case, consider yourself very lucky! I can tell you when he goes to court he goes in to WIN !
