This guy did more then just his job he went above and beyond for me after getting dragged thru the mud with my old lawyer for two years I hired whitt and he takes on my case that had a deadline that he mett and was able to get my case closed in just a few months he constantly stayed in contact he always explained everything very thorough this guy definitely studied right because he is a very good lawyer and I will recommend him to everyone now after my case I'll never go to anyone else but whitt! This guy will fight to get you what you deserve for your case and more. It was a pleasure working with him. He always answered phone calls and emails. Every worry I had, he was there to calm me down and inform me of everything. He breaks everything down in a way you can understand. He is on your side 100%. Never makes you feel like you are lying about your pains or worrys. He represented me for a vape explosion and was able to get me a settlement I never thought was possible to receive. My leg had 2 burns from the vape explosion that left me with scars that i would see for the rest of my life. I was scared of loud noises due to the vape explosion. My life changed and i developed anxiety. With the help of Whit Bertch I was able to move forward in my life and continue healing. This was back in 2018 and I feel like I owe it to this guy and his team because now I feel like ive learned to live with the scars and the anxiety from loud noises doesnt affect me anymore. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with The Bertch Firm. My fiance & I were struck by a drunk driving on the 133 S in Irvine on 10/31/21.
