Very unfortunate experience, I agree with the other posts. This Attorney will not follow through, return calls, keep you informed, unorganized. It has cost me 20k and now I have to get another Attorney to clean up his mess.

I gave him 3000 a year ago for a coustoudy hearing he never responded to me has never caled me back I have been calling him nonstop for 7 months he just won't answer the phone don't trust this guy he is a joke

He failed to do what he said he was going to. He didn't show up to a very important court date and failed to follow through with my ex's badgering through her attorney. Never called back or responded to important emails. Said he went over the retainer given to him but has yet to provide an invoice. I feel he was very unethical in his lack there of practice. He was referred to us from a friend and it turned out to be a huge waste of $2500. Ended up having to retain a different lawyer and spending another $2500. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL! He was supposed to help me and didn't. He actually made things worse.

Starting from my initial consultation with Mr. Lolly, my mind was put at ease. I felt that our case would be handled well by his practice. Once we had all of the necessary information to file our proceedings were quick and painless. I received my green card stamp with in 3 months after we sent our papers in. His staff are all very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions. We will definitely refer any friends or family that need his assistance in the future.
