I had an appointment yesterday to discuss a possible lawsuit. When naming potential parties to the complaint, there was a conflict of interest. Despite that, Mr. Enochs spent 40 minutes with me explaining the principles behind settling a dispute, referred me to an attorney in my area who he felt could best handle my case, and refunded my consultation fee, even though he spent nearly an hour providing me with a plethora of information. His level of expertise is beyond reproach, and I would seek his council for any future services without hesitation. I would much rather have him on my side of the courtroom than not, without a doubt.
