I called Mr Koch for a free consultation and spoke with him for about 30 mins about my SBA loan matter. He gave me solid advice on my situation. I called him back a few times to which I am sure didnt fall under the free consultation agreement. He still conitunued to answer my questions at no cost. i'm writing on behalf of my mom, she updated her trust and was very happy with her experience. Andrew was super helpful explaining why it would be worth considering several seemingly minor changes, but in our opinion, actually made a big difference. i referred my mom after my boyfriend and i went through the estate planning process. we've each referred several times so far! LOVE that they don't charge you for every question that arises! even months later, because i've procrastinated, i still have occasional questions about funding my trust. learned the hard way after my dad passed away, as his executor some attorneys charge by the minute for questions over the phone. that's also how i know having a trust in place is truly a gift to your children or anyone you'd be leaving assets to... and worth every penny. highly recommend East County Estate Planning. denise patterson
