I was very satisfied with my experience at O'Conner Law. My first time having to need a lawyer, and I was disappointed. They were always quick to respond to my questions about my case, and my team was sure to always walk me through every step that was being taken on my behalf. Their staff was very professional from start to the end of my case.

Don’t believe auto manufacturers rejection letters. It’s policy hoping you’ll go away. I was fortunate for two reasons. I met a lawyer friend at our dog park. Mark was suggested to me and even so I was hesitant to call. Fortunately I kept a few records and better yet I videoed my dashboard warnings. After multiple attempts to fix my car I finally called Mark and his very capable office staff. Patience is key. Mark and crew earned a very generous settlement. Far more than I ever expected.

The O'Connor Law Group did a great job with my Lemon Law case. When I called them originally to ask for some advice, they suggested I try and sort it out with the car company myself. When the car company wouldn't respond to me, they took over. I couldn't believe it. I gave them all of my documentation and they said I had a Lemon Law Case. Once they took over, I am sure the car company was wishing they would have just returned my calls. They were able to settle with the car company (for 2.5x the amount of my car without going to arbitration or court.) All this during COVID! O'Conner Law Group was always easy to get in touch with and was always helpful. I would hire them again but hopefully, I don't get another Lemon and won't have to!

The O'Conner law group is fantastic. The team understands the laws, has the clients best interests at heart, are highly professional, keep you informed, and are far more effective than I ever thought possible. If you are having a problem that is well documented, and they take your case, they will do what is necessary to ensure a positive result for you. When you meet the best of the best , I have no problem letting everyone know. The best is hard to come by and for those that referred me to them all I can say is thank you....Their reputation is outstanding. It reminds me of Sir Issac Newton who developed an answer to a math problem in one night, which all his contemporaries thought would take a year to answer. Newton sent the answer to his colleagues by courier unsigned...They remarked that a signature was unnecessary, "we know the lion from his claw." When I hear about folks who have been helped by attorneys with amazing results regarding their lemons....I stop them and ask, "was it the O'Conner group"? I really don't need an answer...I know the lion and their claw! They make lemons into lemonade for their clients.

I had the best experience with the O'Conner Law Group. This was the 2nd time that I had used them and the process was seamless. David and Team made me feel like they were there for me and they did an amazing job from start to finish. They have a great support staff and they kept me updated thru the entire process.
