Creating a trust and finalizing end of life desires is most likely not on one’s mind but we can’t recommend getting this done and in place to speak for you when you’re unable to. Marc Herbert did our Living Trust recently. We are simple folk. Marc was very patient explaining how a Trust works to us. He translated legalese into laymen's terms that we could understand. Marc showed no "pushiness" in our meetings, even we asked many "stupid questions" about how a Trust works and our "what if's". We give Marc Herbert a big "Thumbs Up" in our dealings with him.

He is absolutely HORRIBLE. He knows nothing about probate law and sells his client to the other party. Will continue hearings for nothing and has no spine in the courtroom nor will he show up to the hearing. He submitted documentation to the court without my knowledge, authorization or signature that was against me and I paid him to be my attorney but worked in conjunction with the opposing party's attorney.
