Erica has been my attorney for over a year now. I first sought her council for a personal case that was being drawn out by the prior attorney. I am so pleased with her and her staff. They were able to resolve in 3 months what the prior attorney was unable to in over a year. Erica and her staff are responsive, dedicated, and a role model of professionalism. I now seek her advice for every concern I have regarding legal matters, and sleep well at night knowing Erica and her team are defending my interests. I have no doubt that Erica and her staff’s competence and efficiency will make all the difference in anything needing representation. There simply isn’t enough I can say, the least of which is simply thank you, your amazing.

After reading other reviews I thought I was going to get good advice and service. I was told to bring cash, and was not helped at all. They never let me know if the other party was served. I had to fill out the court docs myself and have never received a promised invoice.

Erica and staff are so professional and customer service is very welcoming. I tried to complete some divorce paperwork on my own and it was incomplete. Family Law put my incomplete paperwork a box and i didn't know about the incomplete box and its all bad, because it was court time and i was not ready. One of the clerks ask if i needed help it so obviously i needed lots of assistance and she recommended Erica M. Bansmer and I never looked back. The incomplete paperwork was a blessing in disguise. My husband and I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy this year and made the wise decision to have Mrs. Bansmer and her staff represent us. The process was explained to us the entire way through. There is a lot of room for error when filing for bankruptcy and you need someone credible, reliable, and knowledgeable on your side. Mrs. Bansmer was all those things and much more for us. She took the time to explain to us in detail our countless questions and concerns. The staff was equally as helpful. Ms. Bansmer gave poor advice, delayed our case over and over again, and charged us three times for a service that was never performed. Should you hire this attorney, be prepared to know the law yourself, do not depend on this office to be knowledgeable about your issue. Ms. Bansmer will give you false information, does not know the law, and is an unethical attorney. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Go elsewhere. Trust me.

Great attorney! She offered a free 30 min consult and gave me a pay plan when it became hard to pay. She is a bit distant. Did not want to get to know me at all, which is fine but felt kinda cold. Her assistant, Amanda, was also very helpful and attentive. They fought for my case beautifully. Could've gone better but my ex is an a**h**e!
