I couldn’t have gotten through my legal nightmare without Mr. Moriel’s help.
I was suing four of my family members to force the sale of a triplex we all owned. All four family members died forcing us into probate where I had to deal with more family members. So many cases, different courts it was a stressful time. We got all the probate case done, I got my money back and was paid for all my services.

I hired Mr. Moriel for a creditor’s claim for unpaid wages against my employer’s estate and a second case for interference with my expected inheritance by my employer’s power of attorney.
My employer’s trustee fought me all the way, not wanting to pay me anything. After doing discovery and taking depositions, the trustee ended up paying me nearly $100,000. I am truly a happy client.
