They were very professional and processed our immigration case very quickly. It took us longer to gather all of our documents but as soon as we had them they filed them quickly. They were in constant contact with us through their website kept us informed every step of the way. We are very thankful for all they did for us that we will be go back to process our citizenship with them.

This is a review based from my experience with Brian D. Lerner immigration services back in 2012-2013: I searched for an immigration lawyer and came up with Brian D. Lerner. He was helpful as my situation required someone that was very knowledgeable of immigration laws and Mr. Brian D. Lerner IS someone that is very knowledgeable. I was anxious and depressed since I did not know I could fix my immigration status but Mr. Lerner assured me that I would have no problem if he did as he advised me. ***** 5 Stars for immigration technicality knowledge. This is what you really want if you need a lawyer. *** 3.5 Stars for customer service. I believe he was dealing with a lot of Filipino clients so his staff was mostly Filipino and it was a little tough to communicate with them. *** 3 Stars for cost. I'm not really sure what other lawyers charge, but I'm sure that if you go with some famous or known immigration firms they charge more or possibly around the same price that Mr. Lerner charges. I didn't have the full amount to clear the fees, so I opted for a payment plan. One thing they didn't make clear was that they will send your case to USCIS once ALL the fees are paid, so I had to wait around six months until I paid all fees for them to send my paperwork to USCIS. This is no big deal since they are protecting themselves from people that would bail on payments once they got their paperwork done by Mr. Lerner. Anyways, once they sent my case to USCIS my case was resolved in 3 months! **** 4 Stars for miscellaneous. They use an online service to submit all paperwork. This is very helpful since you don't have to go to the office to drop stuff off. You can upload things directly to their server and they will receive them and make it all nice and neat for USCIS. Took one star off since the service is a little quirky at first but once you get the hang of it it's easy to use.
