I called to schedule a consultation regarding my case status. He provided me with a 10 minute free consultation to evaluate my situation. Within that time he gave a lot of valuable information and gave me a way to finally contact the USCIS offices. As I had called and tried to contact Immigration offices and never was able to get a hold of them. The lawyer kindly suggested me what to do! Even when he told me that I didn’t need an attorney, he provided me with very useful information. And I finally got an appointment with USCIS . Thank you very much for your help!!!

A quick response laying out the procedures in order to further analyze my case.

Found myself asking "Isn't that what we're paying them for?" Submitted the wrong police record. That one mistake put us back months. Their response was "We didn't know". Come on, isn't that your job to research? Most recently, we received the green card but not the Social Security card. They told us they applied for it, but really they didn't. We had to go to the SS office ourselves after the fact. So our experience was they did work until their fee was paid then they stopped caring, stopped returning calls and emails. I'm just glad this whole immigration nightmare is finally over. I would not recommend this firm to anyone, not worth the cost. Edit: They HOUND you after the consultation to leave them a good review, which accounts for a majority of the 5 star reviews that are not obviously fake.
