I called this place to make an appointment on Monday January 21, 2019 the receptionist took my information including my email address and told me she would emailed me the info because I would have to see Brian D. Lerner on Thursday so I didn't receive the email so I called the day before the appointment and the same lady I spoke with told me it wasn't her I had spoken to days before and I knew it was her because she also had an attitude but not as nasty as today. Anyway she asked for my name again and I gave it to her she's is gonna let me know that she cannot find my name in the system so there's no appointment set for me and remember now this is the day before the appointment. So I said to her this is not professional and It makes feel like I wouldn't use this place she said ok find somewhere else very nasty and hung up on me. I called back and said let me speak with a manager she said there's none I said ok let me speak with Brian D.Lerner she said he's not available to talk and then repeated find somewhere else to go and hang up on me again! So to the lawyer of this place i didn't wanna put this here so I had called to speak with you personally and refused so I am letting you know now to please pull that lil pup on a leash and trained her she's not good for business and I'm a business person and can tell you that! There's a lot of attorney out there so the competition is there too and when she hung January 23, 2019 I went straight and called another attorney's office and I was treated very nicely as human beings are supposed to!

Wasn’t happy when my consultation . I feel it was just a business strategy just to get clients on the line to offer his services not pleased at all.
