Very good short google video!! very helpful and full of information - offering more than the usual and standard basics that everyone else out there offers.

I am extremely impressed with attorney Brian D. Lerner and his office staff. I saw that he offered a free consultation so I sent and email. I thought it would be weeks before hearing anything, but he replied with in days. He reviewed our case, read multiple pages on our case, asked many questions, and we emailed back and forth for a month. Then he provided me with his final recommendations/consultation. We have chosen Brian D. Lerner to handle our case and would highly recommend him so far!! UPDATE: Our I-130 was filed on June 1, 2018 and we received and APPROVAL notice less than a month later on June 28, 2018. Thank you to Mr. Lerner and his amazing staff! UPDATE: 8/7/18- My advice is to check and double check everything! When our I-130 was filed the birth certificate that was translated by Mr. Lerner's firm was not translated correctly. I am hoping that it doesn't cause problems in the future. Also I have been waiting weeks for replies to emails and for our DS-260 to be filed and a visa appointment date set. At this point I am still confident that Mr. Lerner's team can fulfill their duties, but just a warning to others to stay on top of your case and prof-read everything before it is submitted. Also the process is taking longer than we expected.
