When my husband and I were married we took all the documents, utility bills, bank statements efc. to our immigration interview but the interviewer rejected our petition and told us to get a lawyer. We came to Attorney Lerner's office and Christopher Reid took our case. Within 30 days the interviewer's decision was reversed and our marriage was recognised. But immigration said they could not proceed with my husband's petition for permanent residency because before our marriage he had applied for asylum which was denied and he had ben placed in removal and would have to appear before a judge to see if the removal could be dismissed. Christopher was able to schedule a court appearance but then came the pandemic and his court date was canceled five times Finally Christopher was able to speak with the people in charge and my husband's removal was dismissed without a court hearing. Then Christopher proceeded with our petition for permanent residency and we got a new interview. We were very anxious because of the result of our first interview but Christopher prepared us very well explaining how to get through the process. Within a week of our interview my husband had his green card. Christopher knows the law and procedures very well and is always at work on your case.
