Jeff LeBeau is wonderful. I had a misdemeanor charge that am now on diversion for thus removing from my record should I complete the requirements. The charge would have affected my career had it not been for this man. He was available, attentive and thorough...before he was even hired. You will not be disappointed with Jeff LeBeau.

I was referred to Mr Lebeau by another attorney in Long Beach for a restraining order against me that I was unaware of. Other attorneys I hired had not been able to find the restraining order to help me take care of it. Mr Lebeau was tenacious in his investigation, despite opposition by LBPD and the DA to produce evidence of a judge's order. Mr Lebeau was thorough and successful in presenting to the court that there was no legal grounds for the restraining order. In addition, he had it removed from my record retroactively, which allowed me to move forward more expeditiously. He succeeded where others had failed. I recommend him for his skill at producing excellent results from difficult circumstances!

The Justice system made a big mistake & I was paying the price! I couldn't go forward with my life due to an alleged 10 year restraining order, that had no judges order as a foundation. Mr Lebeau did a thorough investigation consulting the city attorney's office, as well as LBPD, unable to find any foundation for the restraining order that was on police computers/CLETS. Mr Lebeau issued a subpeona for their records, but the LBPD warned that they would object to releasing any orders. The case that led to this restraining order had been dismissed, still, the DA intended to uphold the restraining order. This unfounded restraining order was effecting my ability to work and the system refused to produce evidence to support it! Mr Lebeau presented his investigative work and my background case that was dismissed to the judge, not missing a single relevant fact. There was much discussion between the judge and the DA about how the case could have been dismissed, while an excessively long restraining order could persist. The DA held her ground, but the evidence was pitifully lacking. How could it even be an argument, but it was. The discussion in court took extra time, but Mr Lebeau was tenacious & thorough in his approach. He succeeded where other attorneys and officers have failed. In the end, Mr Lebeau succeeded in having the restraining order removed RETROACTIVELY, which will no doubt help me to move forward more quickly. Mr Lebeau was recommended by another attorney, who told me it couldn't be done!
