I worked with the WLF. Was everything perfect about the customer service? No. Early on, my case manager would not get back to me for months on end. Then they changed the case manager to Annie Robles, who honestly was the reason I remained with the firm. Her customer service was excellent and her reasoning was transparent. I also want to thank Amy Wu for handling the liens. Overall, I would recommend this law firm to others.
