When a close relative recently passed away, I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having to look for an attorney. After interviewing a number of attorneys, I decided to go with Vandy (Vandad Moheban) and I am very happy with this decision. He was very easy to communicate with and always kept me up to date on my case, which took close to a year to come to a resolution. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process because, unlike others I have spoken with, Mr. Moheban would give me a detailed explanation of what to expect during our initial and ongoing consultations. First of all if any one is ever involved in an accident dont let your insurance deal with the other insurance for a compensation for you, the best thing you can do is definetely let a professional handle it and who better than Wilshire Law Firm they helped me with a motorcycle accident i was riding from work to get a haircut and go home and who would've known i never made it to that appointment a Pick up Truck from a Tow company was lurking in a drive way with my motorcycle experience i knew he was going to totally ignore me turn right and drive down the road so i went to the farest lane but little did i know he had other plans he did ignore me but instead of making a right turn he went forward and then made a left turn when i noticed that it was already too late crashed against the side of the truck i flew almost 20 feet straight over the truck broke both my wrists, femur, toe and bruised my back. I had to decline the ambulance because i know how much they cost went to emergency and the next morning called Wilshire Law Firm they came within 1 to 2 hours a representative showed up to my door explained me everything and just a couple signatures later i was in good hands they made my appointments with the Drs. In my case was Sammimi Orthopedic 5 stars to him too. After a year of fighting ended up getting a really good settlement. Wilshire Law Firm helped me to not need to get stressed dealing with the insurance making dr appointments and the best part getting a good settlement and not the same as i would've got if i let the insurance handle it.
