I was in a car accident almost two years ago coming up in May 2025. Which would end my chances of believing I would ever have justice to help me walk normal again. I’ve been tossed from one person to the next in this office and told that because of where I lived I was not able to get the medical help that I should’ve gotten . I was told I should think about move in to a more upscale location . Yet I was rear ended by a Motorhome along with two other innocent parties in separate vehicles and the Motorhome was not insured or licensed or registered. I injured my neck , my hip and had a huge knot on the side of my temple that lasted for two months after accident. I did all the right steps and I thank goodness had uninsured motorist , but I’ve been granted ZERO !! My totaled car sits in my driveway still to this day and have never had anyone look or come get it from insurance. I was offered medical treatment at first and was even told I would be getting a uber to and from doctors considering where I lived and medical offices were over 1 hour away . I waited and was rescheduled and flaked out on by no shows from drivers at the last minute , so I borrowed a friend car with no A/C in 115 degree weather and drove myself to my mri appointment and from there I was told I was in bad shape needed surgery. I’ve waited for anyone to help and I’ve called and send emails and called and was told my case was handed to another person to deal with . I am 46 and have always been in great health condition I ran 2 miles daily and rode my horses and most importantly I was the only one who had the pleasure of caring for my mother who experienced a medical malpractice and was left blind and handicapped. But since this horrible experience I can barely walk , I can’t wash my feet or even bend to tie a shoe. I have fallen due to the lack of strength I’ve now been lacking to even be able to care for my mother properly. I was forced to put my mother into a home , and lost my transportation unable to even work and now being convicted due to believing I could trust that one more day would be the day I’d be treated as if I was a person with feelings . I’ve asked for a copy of my case files over 8 times and was told they were in the mail. I haven’t heard a single word from anyone in months as I’ve been desperate to understand how my life ended up having to be this way , I cry myself to sleep wishing I could be back to good health and be with my mother who has now been hospitalized and suffered a stroke and doesn’t even know my face anymore . I was told I’d be in good hands and I’ve not been in the worst pain ever before as I sit here today . Heartbroken , denied, hurt, and emotionally exhausted from the days I spend counting the minutes waiting for help . These guys are not who they say at least not for me . Life will forever be a challenge

Attorney Chuck is awesome and our case manager Dinora Castro gave my family a ton help. I was in an auto accident in 2022 and this firm helped me win my case. Unfortunately, my son was hit by a negligent driver the following year and injured while riding his bike. This firm settled his case as well, which turned out better than expected.
