(8/16/2024 업데이트) 영주권 승인 및 카드 배송 완료. 변호사님께 7월 1~3일 영주권/OPT관련 별도 서류 업데이트 및 헬프, 그리고 변호사 선임서(G-28) 요청을 드렸었습니다. 아래 상세 리뷰에 적은 것처럼 7/25에 i-766 카드를 수령 했었습니다. 그리고 이민국에서 7월에 영주권 승인까지 대략적인 프로세싱이 약 8개월이 걸릴것이라는 상태를 보았습니다. 그런데 워킹카드를 수령한지 하루만에 급작스럽게 7/26 영주권 승인이 되었다는 메일을 전달받았고, 8/8에 영주권 배송을 받았습니다. 전체적인 프로세싱이 차근차근 진행됨과 동시에 기대하지도 않았던 영주권 승인 소식이 정말 갑작스러웠고, 변호사 선임 및 후속적인 케어도 계속 해주시며 상태 확인해주시던 변호사님께 정말 감사했습니다. 정직+빠름+깔끔한 해결을 원하신다면 WeWon 로펌 이용 정말로 추천드립니다 :) (7/25/2024 리뷰) OPT 기반 i-765/i-766 재접수 및 Expedited Processing Help. 3월 경 그린카드+콤보카드 신청, 그리고 혹시 모를 상황을 대비해서 i-765(OPT)카드도 동시에 접수를 했습니다. 당시 변호사 고용 없이 은퇴하신 이민 변호사님의 자문만 구하여 혼자서 서류를 준비해 제출했고, 여러가지 상황 판단 미스로 인해 7/8에 일을 시작해야만 했는데 EAD카드 발급을 받지 못해서 8월로 연기해야만 했습니다. 반 포기한 상태에서 다시 해볼 수 있는 만큼 해보자 생각하고 7/1에 변호사님을 소개받아 연락하게 되었고, 서류 및 프리미엄 프로세싱 작업을 진행하게 되었습니다. 서류 접수 전에 변호사님께서 제 백그라운드 체크를 하셨을 때 먼저 이민국의 실수로 잘못 접수된 OPT가 문제였고, 그로 인해 EAD의 철회 신청을 해주셨으며, 지속적인 체크를 통해 USCIS의 피드백이 없자 전화로 Expedited Processing 또한 도와주셨습니다. 약 3주 동안 지속적인 체크 및 연락을 통해 어제 EAD 카드 제작에 대한 업로드가 되었고, 일 시작 전까지 배송이 올 수 있을 것이라는 희망에 대한 확신을 할 수 있게 되었습니다. 카드가 무사히 도착해야 마음은 놓겠지만, 정말 우편으로 서류 접수 후 약 4개월 동안 머리 아프게 고민하던게, 변호사님과 함께 하며 희망도 찾고 확신도 가지게 되었습니다. 원요셉 변호사님의 도움은 명확하고 신속한 답변을 통해 이해하기 쉽고 확실한 내용을 전달 받을 수 있어서 부탁드린 후 가장 걱정없는 시간을 보낼 수 있던 것 같았습니다! I applied for a green card and a combo card around March, and also applied for an i-765 (OPT) card just in case. Initially, I only consulted an immigration lawyer who later retired without formally hiring anyone, so I prepared and submitted the documents myself. Due to various misjudgments, I couldn't start working on July 8th as planned since my EAD card had not been issued, forcing me to postpone to August. On July 1st, I was introduced to Lawyer Won and contacted him for assistance. He reviewed my background and identified an issue with my OPT card, which was incorrectly issued due to an immigration error. He promptly applied for the withdrawal of the EAD and facilitated expedited processing through continuous checks and phone calls to USCIS. After about three weeks of persistent efforts, my EAD card production was finally approved yesterday, giving me hope that it will arrive before my new start date. While I will only be at ease once the card is safely in my hands, I have found hope and confidence thanks to Lawyer Won's help. Lawyer Won's assistance was invaluable, providing clear and prompt answers that made the process much easier to understand. His guidance allowed me to experience the most worry-free period since I started this process.

I was recommended this lawyer by a family friend/lawyer who represents the car industry. That should tell you something about her skills! They were right. Misoo was efficient and effective. I received resolution for my lemon that I was not able to get on my own. Highly recommend!
