I had a really bad dog bite injury to my mouth by a very large dog. I got patched up in the ER very roughly so I felt very hopeless that I would ever look the same. I contacted multiple lawyers who told me that I would have to wait 6 months before seeing a plastic surgeon as the results of the deformity would affect the case. Luckily, I found Brian through Yelp based on his great reviews, and the first thing he did was send me to a plastic surgeon to get a reconstruction, literally the next day. He said it wouldn’t affect my case and that the most important thing was making sure that I would have the deformity fixed as soon as possible. I knew he was the one then and there because I could tell that he truly cared about my well being and showed that he could immediately get things done for me. Brian and his team were also easy to contact by phone or text, on both weekdays or weekends.

I found Brian on Yelp. Being that I have never been injured before I figured that was the best place to go to look around. It was between him and this other guy but when I walked in an saw the iron man I kinda figured it was Brian. And he didn’t disappoint. He and Marc made me feel very comfortable, even when I asked silly questions. They were on top of calling back and keeping me in the loop, which was very important. Also I loved the vibe and how comfortable it was talking with Brian about the case and just in passing conversation. Good team, great service and attention to clients needs. I’m overall happy with everything.

I’m writing this review many years past my case with Brian because I am now in a different state and having to go through the same process of getting a lawyer involved after a car accident. After dealing with the lawyers here, I thought the situation would be similar to how it was with Brian but now I see that it’s not. Brian was MUCH more communicative, caring, and guiding as to what I was supposed to be going through. I felt like he was truly on my side and like I didn’t have to say anything, he would handle everything perfectly. And he did so during the deposition, I felt extremely well represented. He sent me to a great variety of doctors to prove my case, and the payout was easy and more than I was expecting. Years later, I had to contact him to get some records and he was extremely helpful in getting those even though it’s been 8 years! I would definitely recommend him to others in the LA area. Thanks Brian!

Brian, Mark, Peter are great guys, and there's a reason this firm is so highly rated. I was injured about 2 and a half years ago when a woman ran over my foot. We went to Brian's firm and immediately felt better about the situation. My case took time to come to fruition. We had to deal with 2 different insurance companies, and of course their initial offers were borderline insulting. After all of this team's hard work, my insurance finally settled for the maximum amount on my policy. The process can be slow, and it can really suck to be stuck in the middle of a legal battle, but it was very nice to have all 3 of these guys on my side. Could not recommend them more!

It was Friday, and I had to go to my last class for the week. I was getting ready for Medical school, and just ten weeks before, I had undergone my third spinal surgery. I was healing, and off the opiates-my pain was less and my strength was increasing. Life was good. All of that changed in a split second . I had just entered the freeway when an under-insured motorist tried to cut across the four lanes to make the connector ramp on my right. I swerved but he still slammed into the left rear of my car at over 65 miles per hour. My vertebras that had been surgically reduced were still weak, and would have been so for about another 10 months. They shattered, and were so grossly displaced that they impinged on the their nerve roots and the spinal cord itself. That was the beginning of the nightmare of pain, physical degeneration, and the destruction of my career goals. When it became evident that we were going to need legal help, we began searching for a firm that could fight for us. My wife found Brian Breiter, and his partner Mark Rubashkin, on-line, and read the reviews written by their clients. All were so positive that they sounded almost too good to be true-we decided to contact them to see if they were right for us. When I met them at the office, I was immediately impressed with both of them. Brian projects confidence without the arrogance that so many others in his profession have, and Mark impresses with his empathy and discerning intelligence. They were genuine in their concern about my injuries, and were honest in their assessment of the case and its potential difficulties. It took over a year from the time of the accident to when I finally had the surgery to repair my spine. During that time, I physically degenerated from the pain and had to leave school. Both Brian and Mark counseled me and gave me advice whenever I called. Mark was especially concerned and helped me deal with the resulting anger and frustration. I cannot thank both of them enough for their compassion and concern for me and my family. Their dedication to helping their clients is not just professional- Mark offered to take me to the hospital for my surgery, and both called after the surgery to check on my recovery. Out of the hundreds of firms that we could have selected , we made the right choice. Brian and Mark are unique in their honesty and humility, as well as in their legal expertise. They fought the insurance companies and, as we found out, negotiated with the health insurance company to reduce the lien for the surgery. This case was difficult, and through their persistence, skill, and dedication, they won the case, and helped to restore our financial security. I am forever indebted to both Brian and Mark, and I highly recommend them.

The men at this law firm are not only superb attorneys but also true gentlemen. They treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. They truly cared about our wellbeing, as they fought for us in the legal battlefield. My husband was in a bad car accident which had dire results. He had to suspend going to med school, was unable to work, and endured a complicated back surgery. The person at fault that hit my husband was underinsured, which complicated matters further. As you know there are so many attorneys to choose from. Quite overwhelming when you are in a stressful situation. We feel blessed to have found this team. They are outstanding attorneys. You will not get lost in the frey, as so often happens at large law practices. They were there for us at all hours. Checking on my husband while he was in the hospital, meanwhile diligently handling our case. From negotiating our hospital billing to dueling with our car insurance companies to get the best possible settlement, all of this done seamlessly. They carried the burden of this tragedy for us, so we could go on with our lives. These men won our case and got us the money we deserved. They truly raise the bar when it comes to the law profession and we are both so grateful they were there when we needed them. This sounds like a lot of words but "They are the real deal." No flash. Just pure integrity, grit, intelligence and perseverance. We can't say thank you enough.

I was involved in a serious multi-car accident in February when I was hit by an intoxicated driver. My car was totaled and I was injured. The course of events that night was so egregious and the fault was so squarely on the intoxicated driver that I wanted to ensure I was protected and sought legal representation. I had never needed an attorney before, so I researched and spoke to a number of them. All were very interested in taking my case, some to the point of calling me back constantly. When I spoke to Tim at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter, however, rather than feeling pressured, I felt reassured. And instead of saying stressful things like, “You need to get your car out of the tow yard as soon as possible,” like several other attorneys I spoke to, Tim simply said, “You should go back to the doctor if you're still in pain.” In the end, I was able to get the maximum insurance settlement with Tim's help. I would definitely recommend giving this firm a call if you're in need of representation.

I went through hell and back from a car accident while I was 7 months pregnant. We’re very grateful and fortunate that our unborn baby was unharmed but it left my body ravaged. Brian and his team helped my husband and I navigate the legal process in the most professional way. They helped us navigate the medical, legal, and personal aspects of our case. They were always considerate of what we were going through and really cared about seeking justice and relentlessly looking after our interest to receive maximum compensation. We’re very appreciate of everything they’ve done for us. We highly recommend Brian and his team.

3 years ago I tripped on construction debris left behind by the maintenance crew for my apartment building. I remember falling forward but nothing more. I regained consciousness some minutes later. I was grateful for my Oral B electric toothbrush that night, doing all the work because I was pretty sure my arms needed to be glued back into their sockets. I woke early the next morning in bad pain and with new symptoms of an accident I couldn't remember. I was in this odd state of confusion during work and was all squinty-eyed trying to stay focused and failing. Even though I was dizzy, nauseous and my head hurt, it was the mind stuff that scared me. I hit the internet and read Yelp reviews and attorney websites for a couple of hours. I looked at photos that clients had posted. Some of the photos made me hesitate: my car isn't crumpled and my bicycle tires are still fully inflated. I don't have stitches, scars, or a plaster cast. I didn't call the police or an ambulance when I fell. I had a gash on one dangly arm and an abrasion on the other. I was confused and in massive pain, but neither of those photograph well. I didn't even have a witness. From my internet research, I selected a list of 5-star attorneys to call. The conversation with the first attorney was efficiently commandeered by him and went something like this: Attorney: So tell me what happened. Me: Well, I was taking some garbage out on Sunday night and I tripped... Attorney: Ouch. Okay. When can you come in? Scratch that dude (I didn't like his receptionist either). Next on the list was Brian Breiter's office. His staff handled my call perfectly. Brian and Mark Rubashkin, Esq. asked a zillion questions until they fully understood the accident and injury. I asked my own questions and made a few bad jokes. They didn't hang up. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. The three years since my accident have been hard. I was diagnosed with a bunch of bad stuff and take a bunch of pills. My daughter moved in to care for me. Sometimes I feel down. Sometimes I fall down. I understand the phrase "to battle fatigue" because sometimes I sleep for days. I gained 30 pounds from medication. I still have doctor appointments every week. Work is suffering because everything is so difficult. Through these hard three years, Brian and his legal team kept my case moving forward. My new life after the accident was so consuming of my attention that if Brian didn't carry my case, it would have gone nowhere. When my participation was needed, Brian was supportive and explained the legal processes and what was expected of me. Then one day the sun came out--Brian called and said the case was settled for the full amount. No trial, no troubles, no additional trauma: it was done. Working with Brian was so simple; I got to focus on getting well, and Brian and his team handled the rest. I would recommend Brian to anyone.

n September 2017 I was Hit by a truck while driving in Studio City, CA. It was a beautiful Saturday evening and I was struck out of nowhere, the driver claimed he didn't see me. I was scared out of my mind, black and blue from head to toe and couldn't hardly move. I had neck pain that I had never experienced in my life. Upon being released from the hospital a close friend suggested I call Attorney Brian Breiter. Looking back now by far the best decision I ever made. Upon Meeting Brian Breiter and his Team they listened to me and made me feel completely comfortable and confident that they would be able to help me and if need be go to trial. They assured me that these cases could take years to resolve. It's been a little bit more than two years and I am happy to Report we WON !! Brian, Mark, Jeff, Tim, CJ and Peter came through in a Big Way they deserve 5+ all day long I honestly couldn't be more thrilled with each and everyone of these "Kind Souls" they cared and were concern for my well-being each and every step of the way.

I’m sitting still in traffic when a van plows into me from behind, totals my full-sized pickup, permanently injuring my neck, knocking me unconscious, and sending me for an ambulance ride to the hospital. Slam dunk liability, right? Wrong! The other driver’s insurance company completely ignored me. Nothing. Not even a polite response. Luckily, a friend told me to call Brian Breiter, who said basically, “Let me handle it.” And he did. Brian and his team made sure I got the medical care I needed, and they stared down the insurance company. Brian told me from the beginning it would take a long time – “They are going to drag this out and try to make you quit.” Well, it did take a long time, but we didn’t quit, and the other side eventually settled – just a couple of days before the trial was set to start. Call Brian! Or Mark or Jeff or Peter! They will take care of you like a friend.
