Brian Breiter is a terrific attorney. My mother had an injury that left her physically disabled and emotionally scarred. Brian and his wonderful offices were able to get the full settlement amount in the most painless and compassionate way possible. My sister and I were both summoned to the deposition to speak about her injuries and the impact that they've had on her life since, who she was as a person and her abilities prior, and the facts of the incident itself as we remember it. Brian was incredibly forthright and patient with me. It put me at ease, so that when I was asked to speak I could be honest and genuine, and was able to take my time and give the best testimony I was capable of. The entire thing was extremely difficult, owing to the stress and pain of seeing my mother be changed by circumstances beyond her control. Having Brian there as her support was absolutely crucial and a huge relief for me and my sister. He is also extremely amiable, honest, and intelligent. I do not believe we would have had the positive outcome--monetarily, but more importantly emotionally--with any other attorney. It was extremely important to me that my mother not be overburdened by the case, as she has had rehabilitation from the injury to worry about, and Brian and his offices have went above and beyond for her. Our whole family is extremely grateful to them.

In 2013 we were hit by a drunk driver (almost head on--thank God he swerved at the last minute) on a weekend morning. I knew Brian Breiter had helped several friends of mine so I called him later that day after ambulance trip to the hospital, scans, exams and treatment. He picked up right away, was calming, compassionate, and confident as he advised us of what to do--the first being "focus on getting well, and I'll take care of the rest". (Some things I've learned after getting to know Brian: He truly loves to help people, he's incredibly smart, tenacious, funny, generous, and he doesn't get ruffled by all the crud that goes on in the insurance and legal industries. He understands how to navigate it and come out on top). The accident gave me 4 injured discs in my neck and bad daily chronic nerve pain (still ongoing) that affected my ability to drive, sit, sleep, care for myself, or have energy for anything else, as well as a broken foot. I had no idea who to go to for help, advice, or treatment. By Monday, Brian's team had an appointment for me with an orthopedic surgeon and physical therapy, and repair for our car. I was given realistic information up front from Brian that these kinds of cases take time, and because of his many years of successful experience with personal injury cases, he gave me perspective on a likely progression of treatments that might be advised to me or I might want to seek out before surgery (which prepared me for the various neurosurgeon/ortho meetings I had and decisions I had to make). He also knows the best doctors in town. I began my long journey of meeting doctors, tests, MRIs, treatments, more PT, all of which I couldn't afford out of pocket initially until I got better insurance. Brian, Mark and the team negotiated great treatment on liens so I could continue to work on healing, which in itself is very stressful, and thoughts of what the future would bring physically and financially were very scary. They even negotiated with my insurance company for reduced rates. I never had to answer a letter, phone call, or deal with insurance companies or the other person's attorneys; Brian and his team handled it all, which gave us incredible peace of mind. He patiently held firm as the other side continued to low-ball us. Brian knew we had a good case and how to present our case in the best possible way. Brian, Mark, Jeff, and team prepared us for the deposition (Jeff was with us and did an excellent job of advising and protecting us); they sent a nurse with me to support me during the defense doctor's examination to ensure that I would only have to answer the necessary questions. We were prepared and never alone each step of the way. Brian held firm, and the defense attorneys settled for the highest amount without us having to go to trial. I'll be honest; these kinds of life changing events are really stressful, even with help. I can't imagine what it would have been like without Brian and his team. We are really grateful for Brian, Mark, Jeff, Kamesha, Jennifer, Clint, et. al. This is why everyone calls and refers Brian, and you will too.

Brian Breiter and his team deserve each and every one of these stars.. and then some. It's definitely obvious why they have so many excellent reviews from clients that they have helped. My brief story: I was hit by a car while biking, the car fled the scene. On top of the black eyes, contusions and bruises, probably a concussion, I also had a fractured arm. I was unhappy with the medical care I was receiving and was also afraid to even contact my insurances (I thought they might raise my rates, who knows). I really didn't even know who to call. I spoke to a friend about my situation and he recommended that I call Brian immediately. Brian took my call, gave me a plan of action and put all of my worries to ease. He also sent me to see another orthopedic surgeon that I felt much more comfortable with. I'm finally all healed up (thankfully the fracture didn't require surgery), done with physical therapy, and besides a little PTSD that still lingers I'm going to be ok :) Brian and his team handled everything with my insurance and went COMPLETELY above and beyond what I ever could have expected from an attorney's office. But, clearly they aren't just an average attorney's office, they are in fact superheroes! I am so appreciative, beyond grateful, and would highly recommend them.

I'm so happy that I chose to work with Mark Rubashkin and Brian Breiter at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter! Could not be more thrilled. I knew from the moment I started working with them, that they really care about people. They were so concerned that I take care of my health, and see doctors to make sure my injuries were handled. I was hit by a drunk driver in Brentwood, CA. Mark was never pushy or disrespectful. I was always treated as if my case were the most important case they had. I know I chose to work with people with impeccable integrity, and it showed every time I met with them. You should know that when I wanted to settle, even though it also meant less income for The Breiter Firm, Mark told me I could settle at any time, it was MY case, my decision. There was no pressure to do what I felt was not in my best interest. THAT IS INTEGRITY. Well, we JUST SETTLED! I got more than I expected, but it was the amount that Mark had told me they would be targeting (though, of course, he could not promise). I would also say, you should work with them, absolutely. You should trust them, and let them do their work. I didn't call them very often over the three years it took to settle, but I was always informed of anything going on in a timely manner. I phoned up Brian after being involved in a car accident in Santa Monica where I was injured. I got in contact with Brian after seeing his pretty incredible yelp reviews and thought this guy must be able to help. I had found another attorney on Google a few weeks before and they were awful. Brian and Mark made me feel comfortable right away that someone was actually dealing with my case. The insurance company offered me a terrible valuation for my totaled car, mark and Brian actually got me double the initial offer from the insurance company, and made sure that the most important thing right off the bat was me getting the correct medical attention to get me feeling better. Throughout the whole process these guys were pretty great, I would defiantly recommend Brian and mark to anyone. When there are a lot of guys out there that aren't willing to go the distance, these guys are!

Contacted Brian and the team after seeing the great reviews on Yelp. A Toyota Tundra truck ran a two way stop sign and t-bone the driver side of my civic. Totaled in the process. Till today, I can still see and feel the heat from the grille from the truck. The driver not once did come by to check to see if I was ok, and had the nerve telling others that I was speeding when others said I was not. While the fire department was using the "Jaws of Life" cutting the door, my pregnant wife drove by and saw the accident with me in the car with a drape over me to protect me from the glass and debris, but you can imagine what she was thinking. So to say I was livid is an understatement and wanted the best possible team to handle the case. My wife and I picked out a hand-full of lawyers to see and were on our way. Brian's office was last on list due to distance and we were so close to not going because I was exhausted over re-living what happened, luckily my wife is the voice of reason and convinced me to see Brian and I thank her enough for that. We started looking for a trial lawyer the day after my accident. On the morning of March 4th 2017, I went for my usual hike on the hills around my neighborhood! On my way back, as I was crossing the street (legally, with having the right of way) I was struck by a car. According to the witnesses, I was thrown several feet up in the air and then the driver ran over my leg like a speed bump! Both the tibia and fibula bones in my leg were broken in many places which required immediate surgery. The bones on my hand were also shattered which subsequently had to be operated on a couple of months later! This review is LONG overdue but let me start out by saying that Brian and his team are the real deal. Anyone looking for an amazing attorney should look no further. If you need help and are lost due to an accident that has caused major out of pocket expenses as well as unwanted pain and suffering, then please seek out Brian. Nobody will care more about your case I promise you! On September of 2015 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a semi-truck crashed into me due to careless driving. I was a college student at the time and was halfway through my nursing program when this accident turned my life upside down. This crash left me with a totaled car, with a complete fractured wrist (my dominant hand) which needed two major surgeries, and forced me to withdraw from the nursing program for 6 months pushing back my graduation date. You can imagine how helpless I felt as all of this was unexpected and not in my control. Right after the accident I was super lost and knew I needed help. I was stressed while looking for attorneys because I really just wanted someone who could help me seek justice. Thankfully I met Brian and knew right then and there that he would take care of me. The first time I met Brian I could just tell he was a genuine human being that truly cared. This is where Brian literally saved my life! I kid you not, all the stress and uncertainty of trying to get justice from this whole mess was erased by having Brian as my attorney. It was a grueling 3-year case which we ended up taking to trial. The defense was trying to give us a mediation amount that was barely covering the medical bills. However, Brian was so passionate about my case and he kept on saying this was worth more than what they were offering so he pushed for a trial. I was very nervous taking it to trial but with Brian’s expertise in the courtroom I can say that I had the very best experience. Brian Breiter, Mark Rubashkin and Timothy McCormick got me through the longest journey of my life. I was referred to the office by one of the top orthopedic surgeons in LA after a shoulder injury caused by a heavy ceiling panel falling on me.
