When you least expect it to be involved in a car accident collision that was a traumatic one. It happened last year, on July 22, 2023. As far as I could remember, on that day I was on my own and requested an Uber ride. When the Uber arrived, I went inside and as he was driving. I observed that the driver was driving fast and recklessly. As he was making that hard stop at a red light in the intersection of Las Vegas Blvd and Russell Rd., there were two vehicles rear ending the Uber vehicle from behind. At the moment of collision, I was shaken inside the Uber vehicle. I was very scared. I wanted to get out of the vehicle but the Uber driver would not allow me to. Once I got out of the vehicle, the Uber Emergency asked why I had not arrived at my location. I informed them that we have been involved in the accident due to the Uber driver. The moment I informed the driver that I'm going to notify the police, the Uber driver was frightened and he left the scene and stated that he was not going to lose his driver's license. I had mixed emotions during that time. Out of frustration, I went home after the incident. When I got home, I experienced pain that I've never experienced before the incident. I suffered from headaches, left leg pain, right ankle pain (possible fracture), and back pain. At night time, I called the Emergency Hotline who eventually took me to the Emergency Room on the same night. At the ER, I was examined and had an MRI and was released with pain medications. I actually had my first consultation with a law firm who handled my case. WIth their office, they have provided me with chiropractic treatment and an evaluation with the pain management facility. However, this law firm eventually lost their communication and at the time of the process, I was unaware of what was going on with my case. Of course, I looked for a better personal injury law firm and found about them through my Facebook. When I say BETTER, I guess they're the best! They have great communication skills, and they helped me a lot. They have obtained and gathered all the information needed, and I really felt like I was part of the team. They offered me to get a proper settlement and to continue with my treatments. So I did, I continued with my treatment and received several referrals from different facilities. I ain't complaining. After a few weeks, I eventually benefited very well from the treatments. It was indeed a traumatic experience and I don't want to look back. I was depressed during those times because I lost my job due to my injury, and I was always in pain. Every morning when I wake up, I feel a severe headache and I feel a lack of interest in doing some activities. In addition, the previous lawyer I had was just a waste of my time and energy. I was traumatized the day I was involved in a car accident. It happened last December 08, 2023. A few days before the Christmas Holiday. On that day, I was on Alum Street. I was stopped at a red light, and as I was waiting to turn right when the light turned green, I proceeded along with the other cars. Suddenly another vehicle passed the red light and struck my car and we collided. At the moment of the collision, my body was violently inside the vehicle. I hit my head on the headrest, fortunately, I did not lose consciousness. I was scared and was very nervous. I immediately notified the police. A few moments later they arrived along with the ambulance. The police investigated the scene and I was transported via ambulance to the Hospital where I was examined and had X-rays. I was then released on the same day of the incident. Since I was sent home, the symptoms of the accident persisted. I felt pain in my back, neck, shoulders, and in my arms. Then I hired a personal injury Attorney who helped me at first. They provided me with medical care and sent me to a chiropractic specialist. At first, everything was a smooth transaction... Not until, they became rude and were not helping me anymore. I felt like I was left behind and they never reached out again. I was strongly affected by what they had did. So I decided to subbed them out. I looked for another personal injury attorney who is reliable and trustworthy. He sent me a retainer and he asked me for some important information about my case. I also received a referral to the pain management facility. I started with my treatment, had an MRI, and was suggested to continue with my chiropractic therapy once again. I always listened to what should be done because I believe this will help you feel at best. Who else can you rely on? The Doctors, of course, because they know what's best. My life had been negatively affected since the incident. I became moody and stressed more than before. I also had difficulty working while attending my treatments. I can't do strenuous activities because I was advised not to, therefore I felt unproductive. I felt like I was emotionally and physically drained. It was burdensome at times. On 19th Street in San Bernardino, a car made a left turn in front of us and we collided. This incident occurred last March 12, 2023. When this happened, I had one passenger with me. Overall, with the therapies, injections, and other evaluations, I eventually received significant relief. This incident had a negative impact on my life. Not only with my mental health but as well as my physical health. Life had been so hard lately but this injury made everything even harder. I didn't enjoy those small things that I enjoyed doing and I had to limit my physical activities due to the injuries. I am just grateful that the Beverly Law Firm has been helping me throughout this process. Although up to this day, I still have flashbacks about what happened but it happened already. As horrifying as it can be, my story is the same as others who have experienced a car accident. I actually do not own the vehicle. My girlfriend is the owner of the vehicle I borrowed. It happened just this year on January 05, 2024. It was Friday around 5:00 in the afternoon and there was heavy traffic ahead of me when I noticed that someone rear-ended my vehicle all of a sudden. I called and spoke to Juan about the incident. He asked for more information about it and I was told that we should obtain the police report and other documents needed for the case. He started sending me a retainer and referral. My initial treatment appointment was with Chiropractic care. I also received a referral to the pain management facility. Although I have already started with my chiropractic therapy, I still have more ongoing treatments in the future I believe. The only thing that badly affected me after this accident was I didn't have a car and I was in pain. Other than that, I am all good. I was still able to continue with my daily activities and tried my best to follow a healthy lifestyle. I am doing home workouts to strengthen my muscles that have been injured and I believe staying positive all the time is good for my mental health. Especially in times like this, but being depressed or sad cannot be avoided too. What you feel after an accident is all valid. I am grateful to Mr. Erick for the referral.
