The women that asked me questions, was very rude, and had to ask me a bunch of times the same questions. As if distracted. I sent them a signed confession by my company that they violated FMLA. I have other witnesses to show it was a hostile work place and they also violated my workman's comp. So don't use these guys. Even the Labor Board said I had a strong case. And can sue individuals at my company. They must suck if they cannot win a case handed to them.

Case accepted then nothing.....literally nothing, calling myself for updates for months and then they say they need something else to happen before they can move on with the case. A year wasted so I dropped them. They just like taking cases and holding them to work on during slow months.

Wow where do I begin, the Finkle firm did an amazing job from beginning to end with my grandfathers employment case. It was such a pleasure to be able to come across this firm. Not only was the customer service A1, but through out the whole process of the case they were very informative and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. Paola was an amazing Spanish translator and she helped us in every way possible to help my grandfather understand each step of the process. It did not take long for my grandfather to confide in her. Sherryl Marx advocated for my grandfather and gave us honest opinions. She was amazing in handling everything from the beginning to end. It was not an easy process but they did alleviate a lot of the aniexty from my grandfather as he is a 78 year old man and did not understand some of the process. Car accident was almost 2 years ago and settled this month. The firm respected my wishes as to not be called and sent me updates via text and email and had called only when absolutely needed. The settlement took 2 years but not to the fault of the firm. They fought as much as I expressed to them and eventually settled on an amount. Communication was something I expressed to be updated when they had something to update as the car accident was very traumatic for a few months and when I occasionally called or messaged them, they gave me a detailed explanation as to where my case was. If you can play the waiting game, then it’s definitely worth coming here.
