I have thankfully not had to hire legal counsel before now. Unfortunately, a couple of years ago, I was in a car accident that necessitated that I have surgery to try to get back to normal health again. I spent over a year attempting to navigate through the process of insurance claims on my own, and made no progress toward being repaid for my medical costs while also trying to be my own advocate for all of my healthcare needs despite my own health insurance also trying to bill me for my own surgery. I was immensely frustrated with the insurance companies involved and did not have much faith in any appropriate resolution to the case. After all the stress of trying to navigate the process myself, having Brian and his team take over was surprisingly hands-off for me. They contacted me for updates now and then, but overall it was much quieter and far less stressful than what I had become accustomed to. This past week, I got a phone call from Brian that everything was finally done. It was surprising and a little strange to finally have a resolution to something that had seemed endless. Brian and his team handled the process so smoothly and professionally in comparison to the fiasco I had been dealing with previously that it seemed almost anticlimactic to have such a quiet, neat ending. I would absolutely recommend his team for anyone seeking legal counsel and, if I ever have to seek any again for myself, will call his office first.

They have officially stopped taking my calls and returning them. I don’t pester them. But today marks a year since my accident and other party was found at fault within the month. Is this a real office? Update: my rating was from 6 months ago. I talked to the 5th case manager around 3months ago saying it will take around this amount of time to get paper work from the hospital I went to. I call and guess what? Another case manager! But no answer straight to voice mail. Going to contact the hospital and other partys insurance to see if they're crooks.

3.5 years ago, I got into a terrible accident that broke my eye socket, misaligned my pelvis, messed up my neck, gave me severe muscle tissue trauma, to name a few of the injuries, and left me physically and emotionally scarred. I had never been in a situation like this and was really scared and physically incapable of even beginning to deal with it. I found Brian Breiter on yelp, due to his great reviews, and hey, I’m paying it forward and writing a 5-Star review myself to hopefully help whomever is reading this now decide to go with him. He came to my rescue and I cannot be more grateful. He came to my house for a free consult and was extremely reassuring—great bedside manners. He said he’d do everything he can to help me, and I believed him. My gut told me to go with him, and he turned out to be a man of integrity, and he really delivered on his promises. The next 3.5 years was no easy journey by any means. I couldn’t have even begun to imagine the complicated, intricate, and oftentimes very frustrating process that was dealing with, well, anything legal. I’m pretty type A and want to know everything that’s going on, but there are a lot of puzzle pieces and unknowns, and though there are times when there’s a lot of waiting around or uncertainties due to the process, Brian has always been reassuring, and I trusted him. He told me to just focus on seeing the doctors I needed to see, do everything I needed to do to best heal myself, and that he and Mark (the other lawyer I worked with extensively, who is also extremely hard working) would take care of everything else. And they did. I’m happy to say that today, 3.5 years later, Brian handed me a very-well negotiated settlement check, we high-fived, and will continue to be friends. He and Mark really took care of me, fought hard, and FAR exceeded my expectations for the outcome. Thank you Brian, Mark, and everyone at the office. They are incredibly, professional, reliable, smart, and a pleasure to work with. Most of all, they care! I didn't feel like just another number. I felt like a real person and like they were taking care of a friend. They are the real deal, and if they'll work with you, I'd hire them right away!

Brian was so helpful and generous with his time. I bit down on a rock that was in a prepackaged salad I had bought and it broke my tooth. Brian called me back very quickly, listened to the details, asked questions, and ultimately advised/recommended to me that it would be better to handle the case on my own (and, if necessary, through small claims court) because using a legal professional would cost too much relative to the potential outcome of the case. That, to me, is honesty. He also spent a decent amount of time with me on the phone, offering suggestions and guidance, and saying I could call back if I had more questions or needed anything at all. I did, in fact, call again and he answered my questions. He was patient and kind. I'll definitely be keeping his number for myself and anyone I know in case it's unfortunately needed in the future - hopefully it won't be - but if so, he'll be the person I call.

Brian Breiter and his team were outstanding! We met under the worst circumstances one could ever imagine. In January of this year I lost my only daughter at the age of 31 in a horrible and tragic car accident in Los Angeles. She was a passenger in the car and died at the scene. She couldn’t speak for herself and that’s when Brian stepped in to represent her and her rights in a wrongful death claim. At that time of grief, pain and unspeakable loss I don’t think that I would’ve managed had it not been for Brian’s professional help and compassion. He was not just an attorney, but also became my grief counselor and compassionate friend who really cared and carried me through the whole legal process.
