On 12/13/2013 I experienced my first automobile collision which resulted in my car being a total lost and my passenger breaking their C2 bone, which is located in the neck. However, my case was more complex because I was hit at an intersection by a corvette, going about 60-70 mph, and the corvette was in a high speed police pursuit that was being broadcasted live. As my car spun out of control it eventually crashed into a fire hydrant. As we were exiting the car my passenger and I heard gunshots, we later then find out that the corvette driver was shot multiple times by LAPD and eventually died. The first few days after my accident I was still in shock and didn't really know what to do besides communicate with my insurance company. I then realized that I needed a lawyer because my case was too complex and my passenger was severely injured. Friends and family started reaching out and recommending lawyers but for some reason I didn't pursue their recommendations. I then decided to hop on yelp and searched for car accident lawyers. As I'm scrolling, Brian Breiter's name came up second and then I started reading his reviews and decided to give him a call. From there on out, I met Brian and Mark and THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!!! Since the first day I consulted with them they immediately set me up with an orthopedic specialist and counseling services. They communicated with my insurance company, my passenger's lawyer, the hospital I was sent to, and the other insurance company. They took away all the stress and managed all the paperwork that I was clearly not able to handle at the time. Brian and Mark are really professional and they will take care of you. They always communicated with me and they always responded right away whenever I had questions or wanted to know the status of my case. I am very grateful and very satisfied that I chose Brian and his team as my lawyers.

I am peaved because Michael Shemtoub is trying to cheat me out of my PAY! My salaried not hourly pay structure was Monday thru Friday from 7AM-7PM including a 1 hour lunch for $10K pesos every two weeks! That would equal $1,000.00 MX pesos every payday. If unfair to their employees, imagine clients? The things he has told me about how he has withheld potential lawsuits from becoming higher paid lawsuits and how he was able to assure the client wasn't getting 1/3 of the winnings with added fee's and necessities! You should ask to see a copy of your file in writing to make sure you received what you were entitled too! He is cheating and mistreating his Remote employees in Mexico and the Philippines, these are the people that work on your cases, these are the account managers, I was one Joaquin Cano. I live in the country of Mexico!

The team at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter are extremely professional, caring, and attentive. They are easy to get in touch with at any time and made me feel like I was in good hands through the whole aftermath of being hit by a car while I was on my bike. They recommended great doctors and fought hard for me and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst law firm. They don't notify you with any up dates regarding your case or any change of the people that are handling your case,referring to case managers. It doesn't feel like they are fighting for me.

I could say he was the silver lining in the black cloud of a bad accident but that would be selling him way short. He faultlessly delivered the case in front of the jury and won their hearts. After the trial was over, the jurors gave me hugs. It was one of the most touching memories I've had in my life. If Brian is your lawyer, nothing can go wrong. He will make sure you get what you deserve as he understands what you are going through after a bad injury. I 100% recommend Brian. Brian is the best! We had him represent us for a slip-and-fall case. In our first meeting, he spent most of his time talking about how the slip-and-fall injury had affected us in a way that you could understand that he really “got it”. Not only was this very comforting to us, but we knew that he was the one who would best represent what we went through to the jury. Eventually, the case did go to trial. Brian was happy to go to trial, and said that it was needed to get the damages that we deserved. He presented a rock-solid case that resulted in a unanimous verdict for our side. Brian was especially good at communicating to the jury all of the suffering we went through, and this resulted in a fantastic payout. I doubt any lawyer could have done a better job than Brian and his team. Recommend unreservedly.

I don't know where to begin. The only negative thing I can say is that I'm a little sad that now that my case has settled I won't be communicating with him as often. I was a passenger in a car accident and for reasons I will keep to myself it was wildly traumatic emotionally, as well as physically. When I first called Josh (a recommendation from a friend) I told him what happened and that the other party was fabricating a story denying fault. At that point it was a "he said vs she said" situation. Josh came up with a brilliant idea to go back to the intersection and find out if any of the businesses had security cameras. I did and voilà, one did! I was able to view the tape which clearly showed the other car running a red light. Josh got ahold of the video and ran with it. It took some time, and throughout Josh was a sympathetic ear. He has good beside manner, he even tolerated my emotional breakdowns (aka crying fits). He got me in to a great surgeon and had my shoulder fixed right up so that I could return to work. At the end of the process I wound up with an unexpectedly large settlement, which was a bonus of course. Thanks Josh!

5 Stars for Brian, I wish I could give more! Brian was a Godsend. I was in a horrible accident in West Hollywood where I nearly died as the driver blew through an intersection destroying my car and sending me in an ambulance injured severely. I had indescribable pain to my back and neck and knee. I called Brian immediately after my accident and he spared no time sending me to the best doctors, neurologists and physical therapist in the area. Anytime I had a question or a concern he was on it, always available and reachable by phone or email. Our case settled and I am VERY happy with the results to say the least. Brian is an relatable, honest and an effective lawyer. I received my compensation light speed after settlement. I could not have picked a better lawyer.

The day of my accident I was driving my motorcycle when a car ran a light and crashed into me on the bike.
