I was hit by a car in a pedestrian/traffic accident while I was walking to the gym about 9 months ago. There was damage to my face/head and body as a result of the accident. I didn't know what to do in this situation. My husband found Brian Breiter on Yelp and contacted him because of the many positive reviews he had on his attorney profile. Brian was very helpful and put my mind at ease. He was always available when I needed to contact him. Although my health insurance did not cover the treatments that I required, Brian was able to get me all the medical attention I needed without delay. He got me an orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, plastic surgeon, physical therapist and psychotherapist... and they were all great! Brian also worked very hard to get me the maximum amount allowed on the drivers insurance. After I received the settlement, he continued to represent me and fought to reduce all of my medical bills. I'm still recovering from the accident, but I honestly feel that without Brian's help, things could've been much worse. Although the accident was painful and traumatic, I'm thankful I survived and I'm also thankful that I was able to find Brian and his team to represent me. They took care of everything and let me focus on my recovery. I would enthusiastically recommend Brian Breiter to anyone that has been in an accident and needs an attorney! I was on my bicycle on my way home from work when I got in an accident. I ended up fracturing my clavicle. I lost the use of my right arm and couldn’t work. On top of that I was in excruciating pain while waiting on the insurance company to contact me. I was scared and stressing out and I didn’t know where to start to get help. He relieved my stress and got me the medical help I really needed. He got me to see a great doctor that immediately treated my injury and gave me back the function of my arm. He also got the insurance company to pay out the maximum amount on the policy. He has been kind and generous and honest throughout this ordeal. In regards to car accidents, Brian is one of the better attorneys in Southern California area. I found his office to be very organize with my paperwork. Never had I needed to resend documentation. Emails were replied back in a reasonable amount of time. This is a sought after attorney for good reasons. I am delighted that his staff is able to keep up with so many cases and not push the client into questioning their decision to retain him. I found that other top lawyers in Los Angeles and Orange county know about his competition to their business. 3 other top lawyer firms stated to know Brian well. When the top lawyers in Los Angeles logically have interactions with each other, it means Brian is a member into the top circle of top lawyers. I found my case to be manage well by his firm and can attest to me recommending him for car accident cases. Update 01/2017: Second time using Brian You can tell quality service after first impressions. Brian helped me in my second case with a national company well funded with lawyers. I was able to get my case resolved in a shorter amount of time compared to the typical 2-3 years that would have occurred for bigger more complex cases just like mine. I can tell you that I entrust my future with Brian. He performs at a dimension that superstars can only evoke when you see them in person.

My daughter was attending a concert and a well known performer threw his beer bottle into the audience which ended up hitting my daughter in the face and it broke her nose. I was rear ended on the 101 2 years ago and was experiencing considerable pain. I went to Dr/physical therapy, and THEN called Josh after my treatments. In hindsight I should've called him right away because the resulting insurance paperwork became quite the mess. Insurance company X paid, then denied coverage for the bills, saying it was not their responsibility. Anyways, Josh and his assistant Lisa were able to resolve all of my billing issues and my final settlement was far beyond my expectations. My first experience as a new resident in LA was to get hit by a car while walking across Sunset Blvd. I was so scared. I didn't know what to do.
