Trust the Process! Calling and hiring Jennifer for my son's case was the best thing I could have done. When going against the school district it's best to have an attorney who has your child interest at heart. She will fight for your student, and make sure your child gets all of the services they are entitled to.

Jennifer has been helping our son tremendously to receive the services he is entitled to. We like her clear and focused communication, her no-nonsense, to the point advise that gives us as parents the feeling that we know where this (legal) journey will take us. I contacted her office in hopes of a call back. After almost a week of waiting and calling, the front office still tells me she is "too busy", so I will be contacting others. I understand attorneys are busy, but a simple 1 minute call from the staff to let parents know if they can get representation shouldn't be difficult.
