We were facing huge issue with school staff and we needed help. Jennifer was able to guide us through our battle. It was toughly fought battle and it stretched on and on because of COVID. Jennifer was always patient and helped us fight all the way to the end. In the end we were able to win with Jennifer's help.
She sincerely enjoys helping people and this is why she is doing this. I highly recommend Jennifer.

Jennifer is not only a really good expert on special education law, but also has a heart to help the special needs family. She suggested the best way to help our son, and she made it happen. My son had a serious problem following an inappropriate evaluation at school. Jennifer suggested the best solution, and all problems were resolved successfully. Although it took a long time due to pandemic for the problem to be resolved, she was with us until the end, and she did her best to help. She is really awesome attorney! Attorney Jennifer Chang was always there for us, day or night. She made my wife and I as well our son feel very important and that we matter.
