Diana At Karen's & Karen's was very nice and asked me a lot of good questions concerning my accident that happened to me and I believe she's going to help me with this and I appreciate her very much. She took the time to call me and ask me if I needed help with my accident that happened and I did need her help my back had been hurting me as well as my neck because of this accident. And I believe she's going to help me get thur this. Thank you.

0 stars for Vanessa G.; 5 stars for the attorneys/firm Update: Attorney Michael returned a call after I left a review since Vanessa Garcia refused to help me get in contact with him. In the end, Michael apologized for what had happened especially with the delay of receiving news that they had closed my case a month before. He helped advise me as to what I should do next and referred me to another firm in hopes of fulfilling my lawsuit. He also explained what should’ve been explained while I was clueless for months about my case closing. My stress did lessen with the referral to another firm and my review was towards case manager Vanessa Garcia who represents the firm and not the other staff, firm, or lawyers themselves who were helpful. Communication is very crucial and I’m glad things were resolved. Thank you Michael! 0 stars. The case manager Vanessa Garcia, took my case the first time I called without hesitation. I called for updates and emailed questions to which she stated the only reason I have not received updates was because I am just to attend my appointments as these personal injury cases take longer and so I trusted her through a hard time of my life after being assaulted. I signed back in March, and have made calls/e-mails before to which she answered and responded without a delay. Then, about two weeks ago when I called again for an update and emailed Vanessa Garcia, there was a major delay and she did not return any of my calls or emails and I will be more than happy to show records to her that she did not. She is NOT a great communicator and has expressed a tone of voice that the client does not matter but what matters is how she benefits from it. Without notifying me of their part of ending my brain injury case, I just sat and hoped for a call back until I spoke with a different member who explained to me why and that’s when I FINALLY got an email, today, to explain they are not handling my case anymore. If they had told me earlier when they decided, I would have inquired another lawyer! Someone who is good at communicating and is willing to help and not take advantage of me because I am a young girl! Worst experience ever right after my assault.

Vanessa Vera was a really big help for me today. I had not known anything about how lawyers work and what the process is.
