Thanks to Robert Mobasseri Law firm. My family and myself give this law firm 100% satisfaction. My story. After my daughter gave birth to her 2nd child last Oct we needed to buy a bigger vehicle one with a 3rd row. It was a matter of hours after I purchased this used vehicle that we noticed a foul smell and also a problem with the transmission, we notified the used car dealership and they promised to take care of what ever problems the vehicle had. But after several weeks of promises and numerous text between myself and the manager of this dealership and nothing was still fixed, I decided that I needed to consult an attorney. In April 2013 I bought a brand new Scion FRS from the dealership. In the first couple of months my car was not driving right, so I went to the dealership and they said they took care of the problem, but in fact, did nothing. A few months later I went in for an oil change but was told it wasn't necessary because my car was running on synthetic oil. At about 8,000 miles I came back in because I had the engine light on. I was told there were multiple codes that they took care of. My car still felt like it was not running right and about a year later, my engine blew. The dealership blamed this on me “for not putting oil in my car,” and made me pay 10k out of pocket to fix it. I was livid, but without thinking I paid them to fix the car. A few weeks later my car was fixed, but something felt wrong. I started experiencing a lot of issues and spending more time at the dealership than at work. I got fed up after giving them several opportunities to fix the same problem. That's when I reached out to the Law Offices of Robert Mobasseri. I had no knowledge about lemon law. I contacted Mr. Mobasseri after the dealer sold me my car "as is" but with a cracked and ruined transmission that they did not disclose. I tried to get my recompense from the dealer myself but was told it was not their problem. Mr. Mobasseri and his associates were very communicative throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to get the dealer to do what they should and pay for the replacement transmission. Overall Mobasseri Law not only took care of my problem, but they always made sure I was well informed on the progress of the case.

I was looking for a lawyer online because a car dealership broke our contract after the 10 days they have to rescind the contract after we financed a car from them and they even went as far as repossessing the car I financed with them, due to what they say was lack of financing for the vehicle I spent 6 hours at the dealership and signing contracts for. Let me start off by saying, I loved my Chrysler 200, it was a great car... until it wasn't. I tried working directly with Mopar, I really did, but eventually was told I would have to pay for the repairs and diagnostic myself when the car didn't even have 70k miles on it. I was discouraged and seriously felt like there was no way out, that's when I reached out to Roberts office. Thank GOD I did, my suggestion is if you think you have a lemon, DON'T WAIT AS LONG AS I DID. I started talking to people at his office and right away was so impressed by their knowledge of these issues and cases. I signed with them and found HOPE! Working with Robert and his team was easy, getting answers to my questions was easy, and the dark tunnel I saw my self in finally had light at the end. Robert and his team worked everything out, I got to give my car back without penalty, the loan was paid off and I even got a check back to put down on another car.
