Horrible law firm they’ve had my case for over a year and I have not received one update nothing everytime I call to try to get an update they say they cannot get a hold of my case manager and when finally the case manager calls me, she knew nothing about my case and said she has to talk to a supervisor and she will give me a call back and she never gave me a call back these people are a joke. This is not a law firm. It’s a scam. Take your business somewhere else.

I submitted my inquiry for my car and I got a call a few minutes later from Katherine Hernandez. She was great. She asked me a few questions to determine if I had a case and then she explained the process. She took the time to explain step by step. She explain the document of representation over the phone. This is my first time doing a lemon law case and she made me feel heard. I’m so glad I came across their advertisement and now I’m finally receiving some justice for this car that was sold to me.
