DO NOT COME TO THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. Literally terrible response times during the whole process of a lemon law case for my father (which lasted a VERY LONG TIME). Would not be upfront about ANY amount of money that would be delivered. It's truly sad that people can swindle you out of money you deserve after already going through a hardship just because they know how to legally take advantage of hardworking people. Once again, we were left in the dark during the whole process maybe it could be because English wasn't my fathers primary language, but nonetheless all clients should be treated equally since he got you all money into your pockets. Like a previous reviewer said, I hate leaving bad reviews as well but this is truly despicable. I hope I can help someone else from making this mistake. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT engage with this firm. Despite multiple Google reviews highlighting their poor communication, delays, and lack of performance, I decided to give them a chance. After discussing my case with the case manager, I was assured that it was strong and would be expedited, given that I already had service orders and photos. They reviewed all my documents and confirmed the strength of the case. And said they will definitely win this one. So, I signed up with them in May 2024. It took them 3-4 weeks just to provide an update, only to say they needed more time to review the case as their attorneys were busy. During the initial call, they boasted about the size of their firm and their extensive staff dedicated to handling cases and providing timely updates. And also after confirming my case was strong on initial call, and after one month from signing date they were still reviewing the case and no preparation were done to file it. However, over the last two weeks, I left multiple messages and emails for my case manager with she did not provide any response. ZERO COMMUNICATION. During initial on boarding process they will call you thousand times and then once you sign up they do not communicate well. I called their office numerous times, requesting a callback, and after two months, they finally informed me that my case was not strong enough. If it’s a big firm they should already know if a case is strong or not for them to handle. Or atleast update within first week, if they want to pursue it or not. They wasted two months of my time, during which I could have engaged another attorney and filed the case. I had 14 lemon law attorneys who were so willing to take my case and believed my case is very strong. Quill and Arrow behaviour, approach and case handling was totally unprofessional with no sense of urgency. They just onboard you so that you don’t go with someone else and they review the case eligibility for two months. Waste of time. Whereas other attorneys they tell you to sign up only after their thorough review. Wasted My precious time with this stupid firm. Don’t even want to give even one star but goggle policy to give at least one. I already filed my case within one week with other firm who believes it’s a very strong case and will win. Save your time, and you will Win the case sooner with some other firm. I highly advise not to go with this firm.

To Whom this may regard, I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews... But I've been trying to reach out to Quill & Arrow for nearly 2 weeks, simply trying to get an update on my lemon law case. Today was my 6th attempt but every time I call, their case managers are not available. At first I was told they will call me back ASAP. 2nd time they told me their case managers are busy and they will receive my message and get back to me. 3rd time they said they will escalate this situation and have someone higher reach out to me. 4th time, I called they said they will leave a message. 5th time I called, I talked to a gentleman named Sabastian and he said if they don't get back to me, he will call me personally and update me, but no call again. Called back today to talk to Sebastian but he wasn't available. So I was on hold for about 20 minutes trying to reach anyone at this point and at the end of the call, I was told they will leave a message for the case manager and make notes that I called. You'd think a bigger business like Quill & Arrow would have 2 minutes just to tell me whats going on with the process of my vehicle. My experience has been great until now. I understand we had holidays come up and everyone is busy, but all it takes is a simple email or a 2 minute phone call. Just poor communication. Ive been trying to be patient and polite but seems like I'm just going around in a circle at this point.

I do agree with the 1 star comments about lack of communication updates and truthfulness. This company doesn’t seem to respect or respond to there clientele. Please do better..

Leaving this one start post in hopes to get a quick response. My husband and I have been dealing with Quill and Arrow for about a year and a half. We received a settlement offer for our Jeep and are yet to hear anything back. We recognize that the process may take a several months; however we are in a sticky situation because our Jeep is a lease and we need some answers on how to move forward. Originally we were dealing with someone named Omar. Unfortunately, every time we call for him, we’re told he is too busy and are passed along to staff who self admittedly aren’t knowledgeable enough to answer our basic questions and of course, no response back from Omar - he’s disappeared. We’ve called weekly for the last month. I'm worried, this company is not real by lack of staffs knowledge and the inability to get a return call. Can anyone that has knowledge of the process please respond back to let us know our next steps?

It was going great the past nine months. Until last night, I get a call and they tell me they don’t want to pursue my case. The reason they gave me was because my vehicle was in a collision, which happened because of the bad hub and bearing, on my brand new 2024 Corolla. A huge waste of time, gathering documents and paying my car payments. Thanks for a huge waste of time. Now j need to find another attorney and go through the lemon law process from the VERY beginning. Thanks quill and arrow. Do not fall for their ads!!!! Company is B.S.
