Originally signed with quill and arrow back in July. They got the case handled quickly but the manufacturer took forever to pay. Just picked up the check today 12/9 and couldn’t be happier Thank you to the whole team. Charlie, Denise, Paola, Raisa

Don’t even bother looking at the paid/bot reviews. Already reported this law firm to the California state bar, definitely don’t recommend. You’ll just waste your time with them, from never getting answers to false follow ups. This review won’t mean anything to them, BUT to those of you reading who want a genuine firm to represent them then turn away. I speak on behalf of a family member who had faith in trusting them with their case only to end up years later with ZERO PROGRESS. They aren’t sorry, and they never will be. Look elsewhere future clientele.

I think the recent reviews may be on to something. Disappointed in the whole process. I don't think I mind being told that they didn't want to take my case. The thing that bothered me was that for the past four months I've been told I've had a strong case. "Just take it to the dealership one more time." Not sure how I went from strong case to being told to look elsewhere, but the poor communication and the long process left a sour taste.

I recently received a call from someone named Daniel informing me that my case will be dropped, despite my adherence to their instructions and continued efforts to request repairs for over four months. My case manager, Steven, guided me through the process, but I have often struggled to reach him. I have submitted all required documents and records of repairs for my Mercedes as requested. For the past three months, they have assured me that they were confident about the success of my case. However, they unexpectedly called today to cancel it. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would advise against using this service for Lemon Law claims due to the poor service I received.

Has any one won the case being helped by this firm. I see a lot of one star review than 4 or 5 stars. I am not that happy with my case worker which I just started. She had left me a voicemail that I barely could copy the phone number and extension

I hired these guys after they evaluated my case with GMC. They (Jessy)showed interest. Unfortunately I never heard from them again after providing all requested documents and numerous attempts to contact them. Not a good way to do business.

All I have to say is my lawyer I was working with Matthew was awesome he told me he would take care of me from day one and that is exactly what they did through all the stressful situations this brought about he continued to work with me and got my taken care of I just want to say thank you.

They had an Instagram ad for lemon law, I filled out the paperwork and they accepted my case, told me I was getting a full buy back or a cash and keep. Then the supreme court changed the law saying only certified vehicles are eligible. My car is certified and under warranty. They only go off carfax (3rd party - not reliable) if the car was registered as certified with the DMV by the manufacturer. Once they found this out they dropped me with no explanation. I spoke to Robert Gallander, Quality Assurance Director.... he was unprofessional and couldn't explain why they aren't figuring out what happened at the DMV for this problem to happen. Then he would not connect me to my former attorney for explanation and then he hung up on me. This is a shady law firm that tries to make a quick buck off instagram users, promises the world and then dumps you if they don't want to be bothered. There are a million reputable law firms in LA, I guess if they're advertising on Instagram you should know what to expect.
