I'm going to make a formal complaint. This firm is such low quality. I can't even get a call back or anything. I've complained to the BBB and it took months to hear back. I had a trial date set for Oct 1 and I heard nothing no updates nothing. No one's ran settlement numbers by me. If I find out they accepted a deal with informing me. I'm going to have such an up roar I'm so tired of the la k of communication. A man assured me that this would be fixed as they hired a bunch of people but the lie detector test determined that was a lie. I also still haven't gotten word and this case is over a year old

I've been a client since August 2023, and despite repeated requests through calls and emails, I've received little to no communication about my case as they only seem to be contacting my mother instead of the actual owner of the car. This is only leaving me in the dark. They promised a 90-day resolution, which has long passed, it would be nice if everyone was on the same page when contacting a client. Due to their negligence, a recent hearing that was scheduled for Sept. 26th was rescheduled for January 2025. I'm deeply frustrated by their lack of professionalism and attention to detail into who they are contacting and updating.
