My experience with Quill & Arrow began in June 2023. I was told that the buy-back process would only take a few months, but they promised more than they could fulfill. Having previously worked with another attorney, I emphasized the importance of communication and requested weekly updates, even if there was no progress on my case. After my case was filed, I heard nothing for weeks despite requesting updates over 10 times. I only received a response when I mentioned filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of California. This ordeal has been ongoing for over a year. We finally reached a settlement in January, during which they became extremely communicative, almost demanding that I sign documents and agree to the settlement. I spoke with various supervisors and managers because I wanted to cancel at that point, but they reassured me that the rest of the process would be quick and painless. It was not. This has been such a nightmare, and I just want it to be over. No communication has come without my repeated emails, calls, and texts requesting updates. Quill & Arrow blamed the lack of communication on Sedgwick Claims, their partner in the buy-back process. (Go directly through Sedgwick and eliminate Quill & Arrow as the middleman.) When I met with Sedgwick to surrender the vehicle on May 8th, they confirmed that Quill & Arrow’s communication was horrible and that they always have difficulty scheduling because they do not update their clients. It has been a month since I surrendered my vehicle, and I have not received any update on my case or settlement. I have lost faith in them completely and am now resorting to leaving this review on social media. If you need a sign to run the other way, this is it.

What a DISASTER this place is.. FYI; they are also Lemon Law lawyers.. i came to them when my car manufacturer presented me with a paltry buy out. I forwarded all correspondence including of course the offer. He said I’d do way better going through them. Cool/ signed up.. after 7 weeks of my still paying monthly for the car payments; a revolving door of employees each more clueless than the next- finally a woman who knew what was up gathered my info, went direct to the lawyers and came back with “we can’t do anything for you” and kicked me back to the manufacturer. Al principio empecé mi proceso feliz de que esta firma me iniciará mi caso de la Ley Limón, hoy en día llevo 3 AÑOS esperando y no sea resuelto nada. Solo me dicen que hay que esperar que Nissan acepte el acuerdo, quien sabe cuanto más tocara esperar. La verdad siento que es mucho tiempo el proceso.

These guys are the real deal! Not only did they help me receive quality care with my injuries but they got me paid to!! They took care of everything all I had to do was show up to the appointments. They stayed in contact with me through out the whole process and answered all of my questions. I was even able to get myself a better car than I had!

After waiting 18 months, I finally received a ruling on my case. It has been over three months since the ruling, and I have yet to see my settlement money. I am very worried that I might not see it for weeks after I have turned in my car, and that I'll have to pay for a rental out of pocket. I'm a single mom with two young boys. Can anyone at this firm tell me what's going on? I have spoken to Veronica and Jorge, but still have no answers!

Too many delays, no form of follow-up communication at all. Each proposed deadline not met. I've been in a Lemon Law, "application to signed settlement docs" process now for almost 2 years.

I contacted Q&A in September 2022 regarding a 2017 ecoDiesel - last week April 2024 I received a check that allowed me to replace the original with a new truck and compensated for time, issues and frustrations handsomely. This was about 5 months later than I was led to believe at settlement (BUT this was mostly due to Morley the company that actually takes vehicle back on FCA behalf and per the other reviews yes communication was sometimes an issue BUT all in all the good outweighs the bad. I could not have achieved a similar result by myself. remember the old adage that people generally only write reviews when they are angry - I suggest that this company is OK, I was eventually (18 months) very satisfied BUT you have to keep every piece of information between yourself and dealership to be successful and I am sure they are swamped with cases.

Like a lot of these reviews it seems like they call and call until they just don’t. That’s usually after you have the 10 day pay off loan, bank info. Last I heard it was done settled check was getting cut and now I hear nothing. I call my case assistant it leaves a busy tone. I called the main line was told “when they have an update they’ll call.” I repeated well I have questions so I need a call regardless. He just repeated “when they have an update they’ll call like I said.” I am starting to worry this may be a scam. Praying it’s not. I just want to give back this lemon that should have never been sold to anyone.
