Hard worker Company Finally I got my Settledmend agreement again Faulty Nissan 21 Frontier.Thank Quil and arrow lop for your hard work.

In the beginning, our experience started off great we were getting constant updates from the team helping , and then progressively has gotten worse towards the end we have signed paperwork regarding how much of a settlement we’re getting back with our 2020 dodge charger , they have asked us for paperwork from the finance company , and dealer paperwork repeatedly and we were told that we should have everything finished by beginning of March of 2024 and that they were just waiting on the dealer to contact them which is fine .As you can see that is not the case we have been calling numerous times this month specifically because we were told everything should be settled in March .but to no avail. I have asked for Melissa who is the one who has been helping us with this issue and every time that we call they say she’s not available for some reason I wonder why? When I have call all I have been told that they will rely this message to her and make it a high priority, obviously it’s not a high priority to them . The communication is horrible and unprofessional. I get that things happen and things take time but the right thing to do is to let people know what is going on with their case especially with a car that is a LEMON that are they still having to drive . I want to hear back from someone asap no more excuses!

I’m Not getting any response my car is in the dealership no one wants to help with a rental or loner car I’m Paying so much a month for a car that is not working and I’ve seen reviews that the case takes 3 years or more sometimes I can’t not wait does anyone know how much does this company charge to opt out cause honestly they haven’t done anything for me.

The attorneys (Jacob)and staff (Veronica Rosales) are amazing. The lawyer working on my case along with his assistants kept in touch with me regarding my case. In April it will be 4 years that I started the process. He was passionate about not backing down with GM and they finally settled. My car was totalles out due to an accident but because we were in negotiations the case still went forward and like the lawyer informed me that he was going for the maximum. For me despite it being almost 4 years, they were professional and supportive. Would highly recommend. When I would call they knew who to refer or answered my questions right then and there. I am so happy with the outcome and the time and dedication that was put into my case.

YALL, QUILL & ARROW ARE THE TRUTH!! They literally helped me recover what I paid for my car, and actually a bit more. Professional and amazing all the way through!! It took some time (because I think covid protocols may have still been affecting business protocols/legal procedures as it was 2021), and it’s definitely a process but I would certainly let them see if they can recover for you! My car was defected and Nissan told me repeatedly that they could not fix the defect I kept telling them about at my service appointments. I would have them document this in my service appointment documents each time and it helped me greatly when I begin working with Quill & Arrow. I had this documented 3 times so please do this if you're dealing with this right now!! But they are the best!! Don't hesitate to give them a call!!

After a long and difficult battle with the manufacturer, attorney Gregory Sogoyan was able to successfully defeat them and get the full demand money for my settlement. I’m very happy that he was able to help me with my lemon truck and encourage me not to settle for less!
