Even the client intake specialists Orian Queme go above and beyond the call of duty like stay after her working hours gathering and organizing information for the case manager and attorneys! No communication between any of the people who answer the phones or the people representing you. Called multiple times just to be answered by a lady with the worse attitude and who was supposedly the “manager”. Do not give these people information nor trust them with your case. They dropped my case through a voicemail and when I called back there was no explanation nor anybody to speak to. Do not go with these people.

Quill and Arrow were awesome. They fought for me against GM and we won a fair settlement. The only thing that lost a star was the communication, your never updated it was months before I heard anything and I was told that after they filed the case they wait on GM to respond which could take months. But compared to other clients of theirs they did get my settlement fast and I would highly recommend them if you have a lemon they will fight for you.
