I had bought a used 2016 Cadillac CTS and right away I had issues that the dealer couldn't fix and I thought I would be stuck with the car till I was able to pay it off and looking into forums for fixing the issues I heard about the lemon and in searching I found quill and arrow I requested a call back and within 30 minutes Kevin Jacobson called me back and assured me he could resolve my issue he was very knowledgeable about cars and what issues they have and when they have them. Him and Athena always kept me informed and helped me through everything me thinking there was nothing I could do they fought and won the case against GM! It took almost two years to resolve only because of the pandemic but when the ball started rolling they handled the case super fast and they were both extremely helpful and were always available to answer your call and update you or inform you in anything you wanted to know! They gave me hope when I didn't have any! GM bought my car back and we got our checks and I'm very satisfied knowing I won't be having to deal with any reoccurring issues anymore
