I had a 2015 Chevy traverse which was a lemon from almost day one I complained to the dealership after several attempts of them to try to fix the problems and them giving me an extended warranty And asking them to buy back the car for the third time. I almost felt hopeless and all was lost. Then I seen a Facebook ad and I responded and I can honestly say I’m overwhelmed with joy form the settlement we where able to obtain. I found Quill & Arrow very randomly on Facebook. I wasn’t liking for an attorney, but their ad piqued my interest. I had a 2018 Chevy traverse that I loved, but I did have to take it into the shop a few times without any real explanations from the dealership. The last time I took it in, they kept it for almost 2 months! I was in a rental car the entire time. They had to replace the transmission and the whole experience was pretty awful. So, I didn’t know that all of my car issues should’ve been handled differently by the manufacturer. Here’s where Quill & Arrow comes in. I called them to let them know of my troubles and they advised me to file a lemon law suit. They were very quick to gather everything together and file a lawsuit on my behalf. The whole thing only took a few months because Chevy was willing to settle quickly. The only thing I’d recommend to someone who’s looking to file a suit, discuss the payouts in detail. I understood the payout to be that I would receive all of the money that I paid for the vehicle and then whatever else was paid would be split 50/50 between me and the law firm. When I read through the settlement paperwork and saw what Chevy was actually offering, I only got back the money I paid in. There was an additional $15k or so on top of that and I thought that would be split 50/50. It wasn’t. That might w been negotiable if I had known to ask what Chevy was offering. But I didn’t think to ask. Q&A told me I’d get my money back so I thought that was it. Overall though, I was satisfied with the experience. Granted, I’m very thorough and I provided them the documents they needed in a very quick manner. So that probably aided them in filing the suit quickly for me. I also would text for updates. So if you want your case to be handled quickly and efficiently, you should do your part too. If I ever need this service again, which I hope I don’t, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Quill & Arrow again.

My husband reached out to this law firm sometime last week. He spoke with Miguel Murena. Miguel asked my husband to email some information about our vehicle. The information was sent and Miguel said he would review the documents and get back to us. We hadn’t heard anything from Miguel so my husband called him for two days with no answer, just being forwarded to voicemail. My husband decided to call the main number and someone answered. My husband asked for Miguel and the call was placed on hold, a few seconds later, the gentleman came back to the phone and told my husband that Miguel said he’s not taking the case, with no explanation. People, be careful who you give your information to. This place is very unprofessional!! Would not recommend!!
