Getting into an accident is never fun and often times very stressful but Joe and his team really took care of me during this time. He was always available to answer any questions i had and replied so quickly! What i really appreciated ( which you will too ) is how he made sure I felt confident/secure in him and his team. Joe just helped me close a case with a very high payout, a lot more than I expected. The first time I've ever contacted an attorney following a car accident and I'm lucky he was highly recommended to me because I was rather hesitant at the time and I was just grateful because "it could have been worse." The lady who T-boned by car had accidentally left her cell phone on top of her car, she was fumbling for it and that distraction caused her to hit me coming out of the shopping center. I had a broken left hand and a baby in the car and the car was deemed a total loss. She had the minimum 15k coverage on her policy and I'm not even sure that should be legal. I realized I had an uninsured/underinsured coverage with my own car insurance provider and Joe and his team aggressively helped me fight for the maximum payout of that policy. The check came in certified on Christmas Eve as Joe promised he would try to make that happen. The payout helped me cover the loss of income as I had to turn down clients while my broken left hand (as a result of the impact) was healing. This experience made me realize these big insurance companies set aside money for this purpose.... and another huge takeaway is I think EVERYONE should purchase adequate uninsured/underinsured policy to protect themselves in case the person at fault doesn't have insurance or doesn't have enough insurance to cover medical expenses or if the injury or trauma has affected your ability to earn income... this is especially true if you have high-income earners in the family. Yes, there was a lot of pushback and the process took over a year... but there was not much work on my part and I would have never succeeded the claim on my own. My neck still bothers me and who knows if or when that will ever go away. Thank you, Joe and your entire team for your tenacity.
