Several years ago, I was involved in an auto accident in which I sustained injuries and serious damage to my vehicle. This wasn't the common "fender bender" that most people have experienced at some point: it was a scary crash, and I was shaken. I recall feeling confused about where to turn for help. The whole ordeal felt overwhelming and anxiety provoking. Fortuitously, I found Joe and felt comfortable with hiring him as my attorney within mere minutes of speaking with him. Joe is a consummate professional. First and foremost, he was 100% concerned with my health and well-being from the very beginning. He assured me that I would receive the utmost treatment necessary for my injuries, and he followed through with delivering on that promise. Joe set realistic expectations up-front, and promised that while he couldn't predict or guarantee a particular settlement--if any--he would nevertheless do everything in his power to fight for my rights and the best possible outcome. Perhaps most impressive was the fact that every single time that I needed to reach my attorney--HE WAS THERE, or at the very least, got back to me VERY QUICKLY. He even gave me his personal cell number! This is UNHEARD OF in 2019; his office's customer service is in a league of its own. I'm sure glad (so is my family) that I trusted Joe to represent me, maintained patience along the way, and heeded his advice. While the process took several years (yet another possibility that Joe prepared me for early-on due to complexities), Joe got me a settlement that EXCEEDED my expectations! I recommend Joe and his entire practice wholeheartedly; he is a rare find in the legal world where it seems like there is no shortage of lawyers that act as if they are doing YOU a favor. Joe really cares about his clients, and it shows in many ways.

Joe handled my PI claim. He is a planner and plans ahead of time. He told me exactly at the very onset how all claim process will pan out and believe me everything happened as he said! PI claims take time and he told me to be patient and I listened. He came up with a settlement far more than I expected it to be. He also lowered the doctor's bill and that meant more money for me. He is the best. I will recommend him highly.
