Horrible customer service, hung up on me

Attorney Mr. Kokozian help me understand my case. When I arrived to his Firm he was straight forward and explain to me the pro's and con's. Took my case. (Won) Even though the civil case was small. He proceeded to Help me and my family. He explain everything to me word to word and I Like Honesty I feel comfortable at the moment and know as we speak well at least some justice was serve. Thank you Kokozian Law Firm and Team . If i will ever be in another situation i will definitely go to your Firm . Law above anything.

My sister and I were both seriously injured while driving a “Bird” e-scooters in Santa Monica, and were suffering so badly. My sister had a broken wrist, broken arm and couldn’t use her right hand to write or do anything we take for granted. We were lucky to be referred to this amazing attorney, Sharen Ghatan, who has tons of experiences with these accident cases. Sharen and her whole team were really hands-on, and so easy to get ahold of. They walked us through every step of the process. We were able to get the best medical care (on a lien, and didn’t have to pay a dime). We kept wondering how we weren’t being billed for all these surgeries and doctor’s visits and realized it was Attorney Ghatan that was on top of it all. In the end, we felt supported, cared for and treated like family. We received a huge six-figure settlement and are good as new! Thank you for making this nightmarish situation into something bearable. We are indebted to Sharen and her staff for taking the time to educate us and guide us in the right direction the entire time! We found at later that she was a “SuperLawyer” and now we know why! Thank you again.
