I was fortunate to hire Elan Darvish and his team for a very difficult case. Since day one, not only him but all the staff from the office were pleasant and knowledgeable. The case last a year and six months approximately it was never a day that pass by that I didn’t thank god for letting me hire Elan and putting him in my path. We closed the case successfully and even now I appreciate his hard work towards this case. I always keep him and all staff in my prayers. All the staff we’re profesional and pleasant. Hired them in May/June 2017. They seemed very interested in my case. I Sent them a timeline of my accident, dates I went to the doctor/surgery and physical therapy. They had me sign release forms for medical records. I called them every month and had a different person handling my case. In January 2018 we parted ways. They sent me all materials they had. It turns out that all the had was several copies of the paperwork I sent plus one from the corporation where I was injured that needed my signature (they never sent the information to me). They did nothing. I had to scramble to find someone else. So glad they did as I found a great attorney and we setteled in a few months.
