The law offices of Sharen H Ghatan were very helpful! This was my very first DUI and hopefully only DUI. Of course, i was scared and nervous. I received a lot of letters from different lawyers telling me them to hire them. Some of them seemed a bit cheesy, and some were charging a bit high. I am a Marine Corps Veteran, since i had just gotten out of the Marine Corps, I wasnt doing so well in cash. I let her know and we came up with a payment plan! The day of the trial i was pretty nervous, but her friendly attitude put my anxious mind at ease. She didnt BS me and throw a lot of unnecessary words at me. She let me know straight forward what was going to happen and what my options where. Even after the trial they still followed up with me and gave me courtesy phone calls to let me know about my DMV Trial. I highly recommend her to anyone that might need any legal assistance.

I must first apologize for taken over a year to finally give my review. Ardalon was one of a few lawyers I researched for a pending case. Once I spoke to him I knew immediately he was the right one for me. He was honest, and right to the point but in a way that wasn't cocky or off-putting. He was kind & considerate, which I commend him for. He kept me in the loop at all times and was as responsive as he could be while handing other cases on his roster. After all was said and done, everything was dropped and I skipped out lighter, happier with a good lesson under my belt to curb my temper. As great as Ardalon is, I have made a concerted effort to NEVER have to use his services again!! :-)

I contacted Elan when the seller of my home i just bought refused to close escrow. He said he changed his mind but what really happend was that he got a better offer. I was devastated. I already sold my home and didn’t know what to do. After his demand went unanswered (which he told me was going to happen) he prepared a lawsuit and sent it to him before he filed it. This immediately help me close escrow.
