Benjamin Smith was referred to me after being struck by a car while riding my motorcycle. I had never hired a lawyer to represent me before, which made me apprehensive about the process, but looking back, I believe hiring Benjamin Smith was the best decision I could have made. From the first meeting to the conclusion of my case, Benjy and his team did everything they could to ease the process. Along with Aaron, my case manager, and a few others that assisted with my case, Benjy and his team kept me informed and up to date on everything that was happening. Even when I called them, they always made time to answer any questions I had. Now, I don't know much about lawyers, but Benjy certainly seems to know his stuff about the law. My expectations walking into it were simply to get my bills covered, but thanks to Benjy's aggressive approach, I walked away with bills covered as well as a substantial sum for myself, which, let me tell you, was well received after going through such a traumatic event as a motorcycle accident.
