My experience with Smith & Benowitz was amazing. We had a really brutal situation we were dealing with and Smith & Benowitz jumped right in and aggressively pursued the matter until we obtained the exact solution we were looking for. Benjy literally got every part of our wish list accomplished in the negotiation through all sorts of maneuvering and finding the other side’s pain points, all while keeping it professional and classy with opposing counsel. He and his partner Lou are incredibly skilled and compassionate Attorneys and I have and will always use them for my family’s needs and certainly would recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know.
