No call back!

Would give zero stars but I can't, where to start my accident happened early 2020 waited one year for them to tell me they were referring me to another law group that was "better and more capable of handling my case" just wait another 7 months and have noting resolved with zero communication from either law firm. The other law firm is baumen law APLC and it looks they might just be frauds that made a deal with Jacoby & Meyers.

Not sure how to rate this law firm. I know they dont have the drive and or experience to fight for Individuals that have been in LEFT HAND TURN ACCIDENTS. They weren't honest in the beginning to tell me. I had to ask if that's the real reason.

Let’s start with the poor value, my case lasted about a year. I had to constantly be reaching out to get updates and at the end I got the very least of the amount that was settled ( less than one third of the amount). They assured me they had the best lien negotiators that would reduce my medical bills and that was not the case at all. They pressure you to review from the first point of contact, I waited to review until the end of the process no matter how many requests I received. I am extremely disappointed on the length of time I waited for the little amount that I received and upset at how this firm took away most of my settlement. I regret hiring this firm.

I hired this attorney for a injury and it took off good and then the lack of communication started. My understanding is people are quitting and your case is getting overlooked. I been trying for two weeks to find out about my case and called there office few time only to get there answering machine. This place stinks and a lier and tell you lies. They need a zero and people and Customers needs to know about this place. They go through staffing like crazy and your case will get buried and forgotten about! I left this review and the supervisor called me asking me to take this review down and then Jacoby called me and try to ask to take it down! They spent a lot of money on Ads to sell them self right there should be a wake-up call NOT hire them! SCAMMERS

I’ve been currently trying to get a hold of my attorney for the past month through email and phone. I haven’t heard back yet. I only had a pleasant experience with 2 out of 4 of the associates in this law firm. I find it highly inconvenient that I have to call and reach out to my attorney multiple times in order to get an update on my case. I get their are other clients but it is still unprofessional to wait over a month for a response. It’s been on going for over 2 years. Unacceptable.

I got a response for my first review from the owner thanking me for my kind words I never gave them a 5 star review and I had nothing good to say about them so I think they some how changed the bad rating I gave them and alot of those good reviews are from there own staff and ppl they know do not be fooled I had my case dropped by them because they told me nothing about my case and when I would try to contact them I couldn't get a hold of my attorney everytime I called and got nothing after I was badly injured in a accident

Did not tell the truth! I will never use them again Dishonest!!

Angelica was so helpful and nice! Some attorneys are more helpful than others. The last attorney I was given hardly checked in with me about my case.

Communication is seriously lacking. I have to call and email multiple times then use their website's chat feature to request an update on my case.
