I have a actual case with Jacoby Myers my representative is Monica Monroe and it's being a nightmare since we started it. The claim August last year until the day we barely finish with the chiropractor treatment we're supposed to sign an agreement for them to represent us with the car insurance and the bank but instead. Monica would never answer the phone when we need to speak to her or have a question regarding the claim and when she finally call us back we explain the situation and ask her questions and she never has the right answer for us since day one. She asked us to talk to the insurance ourselves. We even had to find out on our own if the other car had insurance or not until today 3 months later in my opinion, Jacoby Myers is not what they they say. They are very unprofessional and they want us to do everything for them

In April 2024.I was hit by a wrong way driverOn Highway 371 in Anza I made the mistake of hiring Jacoby and Myers ...immediately..My entire abdomen had been impacted by the steering wheel.I had to have a neck surgeryMy equilibrium was messed upI need another neck surgery I am now in the hospital with another related incidentMy carHad not been settled onHas not been reimbursedAnd this attorney has not bothered once coming out to see me in the hospital nor accepting my calls and I've left 23 phone calls for themI had a lot of faith in this attorneyAAA has not even come out to inspect the car nor they have they reimburse meThat was their insurance companyIn debt thousands of dollars and dealing with all this on my own...Willial A.
