My husband and I were delighted by John's services and felt very lucky to have him guiding us through a rigorous and extremely complex immigration process. As an Australian with a US partner, I wanted to be sure that we spent as short a time as possible apart while waiting for our case to process, and also that everything would be done accurately so that there would be no complications or delays. John advised us of the different options available to us, along with time frames, costs and implications of each, and then worked with us to lodge successful applications for a K1 Fiancee Visa then Green Card. We worked with him for over a year and throughout the whole process he was the epitome of professionalism, responding to all emails promptly, and usually within the hour, and making sure that we were on top of all the steps we needed to go through. He made everything clear and intelligible and never spoke in baffling legalese. We also really appreciated his calm, friendly and approachable demeanor, and felt that we could get in touch with him at any time and ask him anything we weren't sure of. So fortunate we chose John as our lawyer during this heavy weighted and stressful process! My husband is from Russia and John and his team completed our documentation and paperwork for his his green card (i-485) and travel/work permit. We have been working with John for a few years - our process took exceptionally long due to our several moves which John was with us every step of the way advising if our decisions would be beneficial for our case or not, and of course updating USCIS.
